The Bull Pen is a ground floor studio apartment tastefully furnished barn conversion with kitchenette, dining area, small shower room and outside picnic area. Underfloor heating for the cooler months, a large smart tv and super fast broadband. Full use of the 3 acre fishing lake at no extra cost.
Set in a rural complex of 76 acres of woodland and open fields with nearby access to the local outdoor cycling centre and at the centre of The national Forest for beautiful countryside walks straight from the property.
The local market town of Ashby de la Zouch is just 5 minutes drive where you will find plenty of shops, cafes , bars, and restaurants.
