"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning."

"The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend."
