Upon checking in, I encountered several issues in the hotel room, including wet floors, a dirty environment, and a dusty fan. When I contacted the front desk through WhatsApp, they ignored my message, and the situation escalated when water flooded the floor and walls, making it difficult for me to charge my phone. The maintenance manager blamed me for the incident, stating that I changed the AC setting from 22 to 24 degrees. Despite agreeing to pay a fee to upgrade my room, the hotel doubled the cost at checkout. The manager accused me of lying and told me they took pictures of the AC controls changed from 22 to 24 degrees, even though I only changed the AC setting because the room was cold.
I paid the fee and moved to a different room, but I was scared to use the AC, which was very cold all night. Aside from 2 of the friendly staff members, nothing else was good about my stay. The management staff were awful. I Don't like to give bad reviews and Don't go back to places if I Don't like them. But this time, I think everyone should know how awful this place is. Stay away. Stay there only if you want to be treated like a 2nd class citizen and are willing not to use the AC and possibly damage your belongings with water.
