"Our transfer was waiting for us so our holiday started good. The hotel is on the corner of the mall/agora which proved handy when shopping or eating, that the walk home was quick. It’s accessible to the port where a promenade walk is nice. The local bus service is good taking you to all local beaches which are Platis Gialos (cheaper) and Makris Gialos. Pay for a sea view if you can especially room 206 has a very large balcony from which you can relax and enjoy life in Argostoli from seeing the daily ferry to Lixouri and also the large sea cruise liners arriving into port.
