"The lobby gave a decent first impression, but it was very misleading to the rest of the property. We had to ask to be moved rooms after getting to our first assigned room and discovering hair still on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be dried soda splattered all over a good portion of the wall near the sofa, and dried rice grains stuck to the wall near the desk! The next room was at least better than that, but still not the most clean.
Took the kids to the pool where the door leading to the outside was propped open, which led to finding dead bugs and rocks near the stairs entering the pool and to top it off…a rolled up dirty diaper underneath a chair.
Far from what I expected from a Marriott property, which in other cities have used many times in the past. Would not recommend this one to anyone."
