"I stayed at the property with my family and we absolutely loved it. The facilities are amazing, everything from decor to the spa was superb, staff very welcoming and helpful, on one of the nights we had the spa all to ourselves and the hotel had a great vibe. My only criticism would be that everyone smokes everywhere in the hotel, including the restaurant and the little outside patio by the spa; we were lying on deckchairs with everyone literally blowing smoke on us "

"Were visiting family in the area and this is supposed to be the best hotel in Kraljevo. It's located right on on the town square in the center of town with plenty of dining options in the area. Our room was very dated with stains on the carpeting , issues with the plumbing and a very small bathroom and shower. It clearly hadn't been updated in a very long time. On the positive side, the mini-split AC system worked great which was really important in the Serbian summer heat. The bed was fine. The staff was friendly and willing to help. It has a parking garage, but we just used taxis. Unlike Belgrade, all of the taxis in the area are metered with a consistent rate, so you can be comfortable getting one from the hotel or on the street. So overall, the hotel worked for us and the price was reasonable, but it was a little disappointing after the luxurious one we had in Belgrade. If we return to Kraljevo, we would probably stay there again. "

"we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend if on a budget. "
