"We were disappointed that the hot tub was empty. I had called before and was told it was working. It was one of the reasons we stayed there. The lighting in the room was poor. The outside bathroom mirror was poorly lit and unable to use for makeup and hair. The room was clean and bed comfortable"

Always ask them for an itemized bill because when we got home and I called our credit card co, we had erroneous charges on our bill. It took us several days to get everything straightened out for the extra charges."
