We nearly froze to death! Had a weather front come in and temperatures dropped to 27 degrees. Although tent was clean, the small stove and pine wood was grossly inadequate and we were cold beyond belief. The staff was not prepared and did nothing to help the situation. The b

Had a great stay at Under Canvas Bryce Canyon! The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Accommodations were so comfy! The only negative would be the menu selection was not great but I believe that was bc it was the day before closing for the season.

This was my first time camping and I loved it. Super comfortable queen bed and the tent interior was very nice. I def recommend it for the experience!

Hoodoo you love? Under Canvas Bryce Canyon
Jennie checked us in, and was helpful and friendly and gave us a few extra tips for our onward travels. The site was beautiful and all the staff were very nice.

Absolutely beautiful!!!! The staff was fantastic and so genuinely happy that it was a pleasure to interact with them!!! The outside areas are great, especially the hammock swings and fire pits. The food at the on site restaurant was incredible. The tents are comfortable and the bedding is blissful. My family will definitely be back.

Camping in luxury as advertised. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The down side was with a luxury pricetag our tent had a toilet that leaked water on the floor and the water continually ran. We told staff and maintenance was notified. They went to our unit but nothing was done. So with that not being done when we went to shower we had no hot or even warm water. That was very disappointing after a day of outdoor hiking. We just made the best of it.

The camp was ecologically designed and set up beautifully. Inside the tent it was cozy with a wood burning stove and comfortable with a king size bed. A unique and wonderful experience!

Such a cool concept! We loved our stay and slept under the stars like we never have. We saw the Milky Way as we fell asleep and kept waking up to sneak another peak throughout the night. The staff was amazing and so kj d and helpful. The food at the restaurant was yummy! We loved sitting by the fire pits roasting complimentary s’mores and playing corn hole. We even attended the evening activity and made a bird feeder to hang outside of our tent! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Belle expérience qui pourrait être améliorée
Ouverture récente du site et personnel ne semble pas encore complètement à l’aise. Site très beau, tente bien équipée et confortable, beaucoup d’activités organisées par l’hôtel. Nourriture sur le site était à un mauvais rapport qualité-prix (servi froide, portion petite, peu goûteuse, simple). Peu de possibilité de se faire à manger, car pas de frigo. Le poêle à bois est très utile pour se réchauffer la nuit. Un peu cher dans l’ensemble pour le séjour.
