The position is second to none. Although the rooms are a little tired, they are still clean and comfortable. We believe they are about to be refurbished do feel sure guests in the newly fitted rooms will have a wonderful stay. A special mention to the staff on the beach, took time to chat each day and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time and that we had everything we needed.

Hotel staff really helpful and nice. And even helped us out when we were let down by our regular taxi while going out of town to eat, they arranged a driver for us asap. So we also ended up using the hotels driver to take us to the airport. Sea view room was lovely. Room nice, spacious and clean.

Poor Experience
Very poor experience and horrible service throughout the stay! Be VERY careful when you book- this hotel is practising false advertising, the room we got looked NOTHING like the pictures of the room that we thought we were booking on the hotels.com. Hotel personnel is rude, unhelpful and condescending! Especially BEWARE if you travel from the US- you will be treated badly and unwelcome by the staff, they will make sure to show you every day how much they don't like you ! When we were checking in, the receptionist just handed us the key with a stone face, zero information was given about breakfast, wi fi, hotel amenities etc. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and we will not be back!

This hotel is ideally placed right on the beach. If you select a sea view you are in for a treat. Pick the view over Golfe Juan and it is amazing. The hotel is clean and well run. The rooms are in need of refurbishing and look tired in places, but this probably explains why you can pick up a room at a decent price, if you search well. Some of the services they offer can be expensive, such as airport taxis. Pick an Uber instead, plenty around and a fraction of the price. Overall I would recommend the hotel, but only if you can get it at a decent price, to compensate for the tired decor.

Was OK, hotel is really big but rooms were nice and clean however on hotels.com it shows free parking but when we checked out they charged us 32 euros for overnight parking. I think hotels.com owes me this amount.

Wouldn't stay here again
The property says that it's in Antibes, it isn't. The pictures are incredibly deceiving and the property seems like it hasn't been taken care of since it opened, which feels like 30+ years ago during the Miami Vice era. The only redeeming thing about this place during the summer was a very solid AC system. There are better uses of travel money and we won't be staying here again. On the plus side, the staff was kind and helpful, but that doesn't outweigh the anger I felt at paying the bill.

The beach club is okay. Good position on Juan Les pins. The hotel itself is pretty bad. I can’t believe I’m saying this but really it’s in such a state I think they’d be better off demolishing it and rebuilding it altogether. It’s not just out of date it’s in disrepair. I’d never go there again or recommend it to anyone. The staff, however were friendly!

We liked nothing about this property. It looks nothing like the photos online. It is a two star hotel, not a four star. They charge you for beds on the beach, even if you are a guest. You can hear everything in the rooms, including the loud music and children outside our room. The rooms are super small. Not worth the stay at all!

Step back in time
Fabulous position with views to die for but the building is a relic from the 80’s with its reflective mirror exterior. Half the facilities are not in operation ( pool, gym, room service ) but if you can overlook that the rooms are good. Direct access to beach is a bonus.

Adjoining the (now closed) casino, this is the perfect hotel to stay in should you be planning a trip to the area. Five minutes from Juan Les Pins station, half hourly trains get you to Cannes or the other way to Antibes and Nice. The best restaurants are a minute away from the hotel which overlooks the sea and of course has a private beach. The hotel is spacious, the staff uniformly cheerful and polite; all with excellent English (and patience should you want to tackle some schoolboy French). Recommend.

Great location.
Great hotel, fantastic location and awesome staff. Right on the beach near several boutiques and great restaurants. The port side views are stunning were you’ll see several yatchs anchored nearby nearby and beach goers enjoying many different water boarding and jet skiiing. Hotel is only a 45-60 minute Uber ride from Nice airport, depending on traffic. The my also had a pretty good breakfast. Definitely worth checking out!

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the railway station. Our room was lovely and very well serviced. Breakfast is seriously over priced and served in a decidedly tatty dining room - badly frayed edges on the chairs which look like discarded office furniture from the 1980s. The price is not clearly stated - first I saw of it was when I was asked to sign, by which time we were already seated. Didn’t make that mistake again - perfectly adequate formule breakfast at the bakery down the road for less then a quarter of the price.

Garden Beach Hotel
We used Garden Beach Hotel for just the use of the room. It was spacious and comforting. Also they supplied a travel cot for us free of charge and it was of good size and very clean/brand new. We would have used the hotel a lot more if it had a pool area as opposed to using the private beach. Beach was perfect but, we just prefer a pool. Great hotel, in a great location. Would happily stay again!

The hotel is well situated on the beach, however there are too many beds on the beach so it is very overcrowded. The cleanliness of the hotel is good. The menu is very limited and expensive. The restaurant downstairs has loud music late into the night. The staff are nice and friendly.

The Garden Beach
The only things this hotel has going for it is the beach and where it is positioned. It is tired and needs some money spending on it, which I believe will happen next year. I would book again as in my opinion there are only 3 hotels worth staying at in Juan-les-Pins, The Belle Rives in certainly the best but more than I wanted to spend, AC Hotel by Marriott Ambassadeur which is a short walk from the Beach but they also have a pool.

Fabulous Hotel on the beach
My friend and I have started to visit Juan Les Pins once a year as a short break. We love this hotel because of its fabulous location and views plus the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is devine in the beach resturant, spolit for choice. We love to just relax on the beach and watch the world go by. You have excellent shopping, resturants and bars if you need them, right on your door step! We will definitely be back next July!!

As others have said, the hotel has seen better days - sockets falling out of the wall, air con not working, carpet worn, half of the front of the hotel is blocked off as the casino is permanently shut. On top of that there's a bar restaurant down the beach which pretty much plays music endlessly during Friday - Sunday so much so that you struggle to hear the sea waves over it. Overall, not sure how this is a four star hotel but the location is a good base for Juan Les Pins/Antibes and the staff were friendly.

Best beach hotel in Antibes/Juan les Pins
Second time in the Garden Beach Hotel and just as pleased as before. Great place for its location directly on the beach, great beach club with helpful staff. Sea view rooms with balcony provide fabulous views. Reception staff provided friendly welcome and efficient service and superb bar manager made afternoon drinks a pleasure.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is most excellent. The decor is fun, t is very close to shops, restaurants, and of course, it is right on the beach! Our room had a balcony with a view of the ocean, and it was breathtaking. I would highly suggest getting that balcony. The room was super clean, the beds very comfy, roomy bathroom and closets, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because the room got hot at night. And even though the electrician came to 'fix' the air-conditioning, it did not help.. It was hot. We wanted to open the balcony door to allow a breeze, but there are bugs at night, so that didn't work out either. I would suggest asking for a fan, or if they are all being used by other guests, then buy a fan one when you arrive..

You couldn't wish for a better location
We stayed in a junior suit and a deluxe sea view. Both exactly as described on the website. The beach was lovely and on the doorstep.Breakfast very good and everything so close..we will be back!

Hotel right by the beach
It's a little older but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Food was great, right by the beach and close to the centre of just le pins. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Newer style hotel on the beach
Nice hotel with beach access but you have to pay for it dearly. (walk a bit to the public beaches) Equally, you have to pay for room service, even to have some ice sent up costs 5e. The parking and baggage staff are extremely unfriendly and never smile or even say good morning, etc. (Parking also cost 30e / day). The breakfast is again too expensive given what is available. The cost is again 30 - 40 e depending on you selection. Just across the street from the main entrance is a lovely coffee shop which serves breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices and better quality.

Great hotel and beach for peaceful stay, however, terrible beach staff who won't even let you lie on sun loungers even though there was no one there at 10am in the morning. Won't be staying there again

Clean rooms but very poor facilities.
Hotel was very clean but most of the amenities were out of service at this time of year. Decided to take the offer of two for one breakfast which brought the price down to a reasonable price but still dear. Unfortunately I decided to have some bread and on returning to my table discovered it was bluemold. Waitresses took if away uttering discuss but no apology from management so I let it go. If you are prepared to spend over the top prices then this is the hotel for you but if you want a good deal forget it.
