Overall experience was good, enjoyed staying here. We had the apartment which is just away from the main building, looked like a block of flats. Our light outside the room didn't work, asked reception a couple of times and it was fixed. Room was fine, plenty of space but expected a bin in the room and not just in the toilets. Food was good, plenty of options but does vary on different days slightly, more variety would have been nice. There's shops within the resort, entertainment in the evenings, couple of pools and a gym. Gym could do with maintenance and an update but does the job. Overall was a good place, staff were fine, clean enough, would recommend and i would stay here again.

Very nice hotel for a short visit, conveniently located for transport links. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The late night food option was very useful, although it did take a while to get served. Only thing I would say they could do with a few more vegetarian options in the buffet, the bread, pizzia, fish, ice cream, gozolama and salad options was very good.

The Hotel was fine but the food was mediocre,same things every day.The public areas of the hotel where ok but there was lots that could have been improved on.The glass and mirrors where grubby the marble floors where all spill marks.Maids where awful put towels in and toilet paper that was it.Sadly I don’t think I would return to this Hotel.

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. All very friendly, food was good, children were happy with the options available. One of our favourite all inclusive food wise resorts! We were able to use all facilities after checking out. Aqua park was amazing and had lifeguards ready. Evening enteertainments were brilliant! The circus show was one of the best live shows ive ever watched. Great kids club available, such friendly staff that got on so well with all the children. Rooms were clean and well prepared, washing machine in our room was so helpful! Balcony with mountain views were wondeful. There are loads of shops a walk away, restaurant, sports bar everything at hand. We also went to the beach via private shuttle, beach had hotel wifi and all inclusive bar open there for hotel customers. Overall brilliant brilliant stay. Definitely recommend! Hopefully coming back soon!

Rarely seen on the market, couple of buildings with spacious apartments, regular beach shuttle and aquapark, swimming pool and all inclusive service. It is a good service with variety of food and drinks on offer.

Dobra hrana, loši sadrzaji, najgori taxi
Lepi apartmani, dobra hrana i pića. Loši sadrzaji u novembru. Jedino sto imate je unutrasnji bazen koji je vrlo mali i ovaj hotel nikada ne bih birao da sam znao da aqua park ne radi. Izbegavajte taxi koji vam zove recepcija, 2x mi je prosao kroz crveno i naplatio duplo u odnosu na normalne taksiste. Taxi je sramota!

Nice hotel. 3.5 stars.
Stayed in November so most of the hotel was closed. The rooms are really nice. Just could be cleaned better. The beds are very hard so if you like a soft bed this is not for you.

Overall was nice, but the hotel room service was not great, the chairs everywhere had stains, it was filthy. Rooms were not hoovered or cleaned as they should be. Food service cant complain was great however cutlery and plates were filthy.

A pleasant and varied water park, sports activities, plenty of food. The reception staff are welcoming. Some of the entertainment shows are great! The hotel was not too busy and it was very pleasant. The cleaning and maintenance of the rooms are lacking, it's a shame that the water park is only open four hours a day.

What was good: - big room - The hotel is not busy - Varied food for children - The adults really enjoyed the varied venue and the alcohol - The entertainment team does a wonderful job with the children - We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel because everything was there. What I didn't like: - There is no option at all - for vegan food - The staff does not speak English - The slides in the water park are open for 4 hours every day - We were in a renovated room and there were still things that didn't work (there was a terrible smell from the bathroom - but they changed our room)

Sherwood suites is good place for family the water park is excellent the food is amazing but front desk is awful, they are there 24hrs but not helpful no matter what you ask they are negative or if ask them for some advise such as where a good place to shop they will direct you right where they have connections and everything is expensive first we trusted them but we figured out there much better places specially for shopping so if you do go for shopping, try to go as away from resort as you can where the locals shops

Do not stay here. The address is not what the map in Expedia shows, it has no beach entrance so having beach photos is deceiving . When I realized the property is not beach front I asked if I could change to their beachfront property and was willing to pay the difference but staff wasn’t helpful and super rude.
