The property is okay. We found the beds to be extremely soft. The dining room in the lobby was not "welcoming" so we went elsewhere. We never received a receipt or text from the valet. The parking to be expensive. Also, the internet was not included in the cost of the room. I cannot remember the last time we paid for internet!

Not family friendly. The hotel focuses on accommodating convention / events. No free accommodations. Need to pay for coffee, wi-fi, parking. Just not very welcoming if you are a family.

This hotel is very nice. Annapolis is very nice. Great restaurant options and very walkable. You just need to be aware of your surroundings at night, just like everywhere else now-a-days.

Stayed for one evening housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am waking us. Vallet service was not operating correctly never received a voucher for my car and had issue getting car on checkout. Bathroom door and shower doors need to be renovated as they pose a danger to hands

Room service menu was missing. Room service did not answer the phone. A message left with a room service order was never returned. Checked 20 minutes later only to find they never received the order. Wanted $10.95 for Wi-Fi service. Cheapest quality toilet paper that you will find except in an old gas station on a two lane abandoned highway. All in all, an extremely disappointing experience for a 12 hour stay in $180 room

Front staff very unaccommodating. Could not get early check in. Requested king room got handicap double room! I was told that because i ordered through Expedia they wouldn't guarantee my room…what? I just traveled Europe through Expedia and was Never treated this way. The bar tenders sucked! The food disgusting. worked for Westin Hotels for 15 years and this is not a Westin hotel. Marriott you should be ashamed to treat customers this way. If you don't like a 3rd party selling your rooms don’t let them do it. It should not be taken out on the customer.

This is an amazing location in Annapolis. Very clean and always good and friendly service! Pet fee is a little high but worth it. Bar in lobby is always fun and available for a beverage or snack! We used to live a block away and always stay here when we come in to town. Also has a nice gym, indoor pool and Jet spa!

The parking for this place is crazy valet is $35 daily or parking in the garage for less than 24 hours is $32. They charge $10-15 for WiFi. For it being such a big place I would’ve assumed that the pool was open later than 9 pm, I was wrong. The daily housekeeping was nice and the room was nice and updated. For the rate it is and the extra add ons once you get there, I dont know if it’s worth it.

Unfortunately, the hotel entrance is not accessible for handicapped and or people that may need an automatic door opened. I arrived with a stroller, so it would have been nice to have a side button to open the doors. Hotel lobby had a Starbucks which is always a plus. Italian restaurant next door was amazing…so convenient. Beds were comfortable, and extremely quiet considering it was New Years Eve:) I would definitely stay again.

I like the proximity to the historic downtown, about a 20 minute walk. 1 block from Miss Shirley's if you're looking for a hearty breakfast.

Annapolis is a city seemingly frozen in time and that's what makes it so charming. However, for a hotel like a Westin, that's not a compliment. They wouldn't give me the reservation number to add my stay to my Marriott app saying I booked through a third party (Expedia). Also, because I didn't book directly they didn't give free WiFi despite me being a Platinum Bonvoy member. Also valet parking was $34 a night and very aggressive when I would drop my mom off at the door to go find free parking. There are some spots on the street in the same development as the hotel as in the rich neighborhood just on the other side of the cemetery. Your rental car will be the junkiest car along side BMWs/Mercedes so save your money, walk 6 minutes and don't give an extra dollars to Westin. Also, the room cleaning had to be request and was probably the laziest room cleaning I've ever experienced. The bed was only half made and my mom's door was not fully closed when the cleaner left. Thankfully nothing was stolen.

The gym floor was not clean. The hot tube also needed to be cleaned. There were not a lot of options for restaurant in walking distance. .I had a small charge on my account that wasn't mines. It was only $12.00 dollars, I was in a rush, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but it wasn't my charge.

The staff, especially the frint desk, is wonderful and our room was very comfortable. Loved the rain shower too. Lacked the toiletries that i would expect it to have and it needs aome updating but otherwise is very nice.

Nice hotel, nice area of West Street near downtown Annapolis. Room was quiet, comfortable and had a very nice bed and shower. There was no fan in the bathroom, which is a big minus for me... Why would there not be a fan? One thing I'm absolutely sick of is arriving at hotels and being extorted by ridiculous parking fees. There is NO parking here and your options are too pay 30 dollars plus tips for valet or 40 for self park. Whatever bargain I got on the room is gone when you get hammered by parking fees. I will never stay here again. I would rather a nice, basic hotel nearby with free parking. It's just a place to sleep n shower and put your bags down in.

Hotel facilities were great. Excellent room, good gym. The only negative was the restaurant in the hotel next day. We tried to get lunch and it took nearly two hours to get salads. We would’ve left if we didn’t have a work function we had to get to. And when we got the food, it was clear it wasn’t fresh. I always expect a higher level from a Westin

We loved staying at the Westin for 2 nights! We have family in Annapolis and it was the perfect place for us to be and enjoy our family. Our grandchildren swam in the lovely indoor pool and hot tub! The Westin is so conveniently located that we were able to come and go for shopping and visiting purposes. We will definitely stay in the future!

Great hotel and location, but read the fine print! This is not the hotel's fault, but my own. I saw that the hotel was pet friendly but missed the fine print that there is a $50 fee to bring a pet. Additionally, expect to pay close to $40 a day for valet parking unless you can find one of a handful of spots on the street nearby. Beyond that, the room was very clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, the hotel is near the delicious Miss Shirley's and other restaurants and an easy walk to other restaurants and shops. Would stay again but remember to factor in additional costs for parking!
