"The only complaint I have about this place was the floors in the room. The bottoms of my feet were black every night. The floors were not carpeted, just not clean. Getting the room cleaned had to be requested and I will admit I did not request."

"The rooms are old and look like they had a cheap paint job. There was a used wash cloth left in my room and the hair dryer was gross and sticky to touch. The sheets and blanket were super thin. The bed wasn’t too comfortable. The lobby is nice and the location is super convenient, but I’d choose another place. Didn’t try breakfast or the pool."

"The property is in a great location. Plenty to do in the area without having to drive. Unfortunately the staff are less than helpful. We checked out at 11am. At 12 noon, we realized we left a bag hanging from the bathroom door. Called, staff said they wou look into it. Took down my number and address. Called them back a few hours later and they claim no one turned in a bag. Hello, the cleaning staff was going in this room before the next guest at 4pm and the receptionist could have called the cleaning staff to grab it for us. Nope, I guess the receptionist job description doesn't include taking any initiative."

"Everything was perfect at this hotel. From Kim, at check-in, to having access to The Bistro until 10PM for snacks and beverages, coffee and cocktails, it was perfect. Incredibly clean and well maintained. The furniture in the rooms was high-end and beautiful. the rugs throughout were spotless. The sleeper sofa in our room was brand new, comfortable and just so appealing and pleasant. We asked for a late check out as we had a court case in Annapolis and they kindly extended check out for us. They all, bent over backwards to accommodate us and we truly appreciate that. I wish I could live there LOL!"

"The hot tub was out of service. The restaurant was never open when we wanted to dine there. The bathroom in the room had an odor. Otherwise the stay was suitable for the couple of nights my husband and I stayed."

"The bed and sheets were very comfortable for quality sleeping. Nice towels as well. Air conditioning was loud. The attached restaurant had wonderful food. The pool was great, even a lifeguard on duty! The traffic unfortunately is loud from the highway."
