An Okay accommodation in Clark
Staff were very accommodating and helpful, the pool and the resto bars are all nice- pool towels even provided, great location with everything that you might need on your stay. Rooms are very spacious but kinda dated, even saw several small cockroaches in the room

We had had a negative experience with a nearby property and had to cancel after one day. We found this hotel to be very clean – it’s clear there had been renovations since some of the older negative posts. The real High Point is the staff. They are very accommodating and truly wanted to make us all (3 rooms) comfortable. This is a pretty basic hotel and a good value for the money, but the excellent staff makes it special.

Nice Angeles City hotel. Rooms are a bit old which is to be expected in the area but they are clean and everything was in working order. The hotel was honest, they returned the 2000 peso deposit, the staff was friendly and helpful. An atm was right outside, standard 250 peso fee but very handy to have near. Only down side for families staying there is the sex tourists and their rented girls but they stayed to themselves and didn't bother us. We would stay there again.

Front Desk staff horrible.
Hotel front desk staff where useless. Jean Charged for towels that were not delivered. Room was not clean when checked in and was not cleaned after requesting it be cleaned. Condition of room was poor. Asked to speak to manger staff lied said he was not available. While my wife spent time chatting with the Manager the night before we checked out. ONLY positive was the bar and restauraunt staff did an excellent job.

Too many problems. Not worth it
I had to be transferred three different times into a total of four different rooms during my stay because there was problems it time . The staff was very nice and kind to transfer me into different rooms but they should have because there was a problem it's time . The first night the air conditioner was so loud that it was impossible to sleep . The second room had a ton of mosquitoes inside the bedroom and i got about 30 mosquito bite all over my body when i woke up in the morning period A lot of the beds did not have two sheets only one sheet and a wimpy like it for the top which made it awkward . And also none of the bathrooms had but not so when you get out of the shower you track water all over the place and it's a problem . Hot water did not work for several nights and the fixtures in the shower and the bathroom handles to turn the water on and off wear loose and old and not maintained and not working properly . There were mosquitoes in more than one different room from my experience multiple bites multiple nights. The staff was very nice and kind and understanding . The the swimming pool was excellent . But the hotel in general is rundown and not maintained properly and there's a problem with providing the common necessities four people staying at hotels that are common to all hotels and accommodations . Even though the price was only $20 a night . At this point i would not recommend staying there because of all the problems there was

Go in with your eyes open and your expectations low
It's an old rundown hotel. The pics in the ad are completely deceptive. It may have looked like that once, but more likely the pics are highly whitewashed and photoshopped. If you go in knowing all this, then here are the good things. The staff was nice. The location is good. The rooms are big. There's a nice pool bar with an espresso machine. The price is low.

I booked my family to stay overnight, but they didn’t check in because when they went there, they were told that the hotel is only a quarantine facility and asked them to cancel. But the booking is non-refundable. It wasn’t stated in the website that it is a quarantine facility prior to booking. Absolutely disappointed and a complete waste of money.

Big room, small aircon.
The aircon unit was not right for the room size. I had to reposition my bed to get direct cool from aircon. Tried to call front desk to request for an electric fan but fone was always busy. Not my day!!!

I was unhappy from the start. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The first room I got the air conditioner did not work. I was told that it may take a while to cool the room down and that they would tell the manager. Two hours later, still hot and humid so I demanded another room. The second room was a bit cleaner, but had a musty smell to it. The air conditioner in this room worked a bit better, but barely kept the room comfortable. The cable/tv could have been better. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Good Hotel...good value
Easy to check in, good situation, friendly staff....very helpful at front desk. They had free hot and cold water available in the lobby...very handy. Nice large bed, fridge, good and well sited TV with good movie channels. Pool nice size and clean....plenty of sunloungers Will definitely be staying there again on my next visit. First they gave me the smallest room they have and it was not what i booked. The TV size was the size of my foot. That is how bad it was. I asked the togive the room that i was originally booked they said we are fully booked. After long arguments, suddenly they have another room, but this tume the problem was its smoking room and smells disgusting. So i asked them to find me another room because i don't smoke. Finally they put m3 in a third room and at that point i said ok. Just get me a room. Very bad experiences there.

The staff are accommodating and friendly. Also the hotel's location is good...it's not too near walking street and the majority of the bars in the area so it is a more peaceful but not too far so if you want to have the party atmosphere that walking street offers you can just talk there. There are some smaller bars and restos near the hotel also.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful, however, I believe the cleanliness of the room could have been better. For example.. our sheets were stained and dirty. The staff kindly replaced the sheets upon request, but the replacement sheets had a stain as well. Also, the light fixtures next to the beds and shower head were barely hanging on by the loose screws and the shower head even fell off the hanger during one of our showers. Furthermore, the safe beeped throughout the night despite asking for help from the staff to shut it off. The staff was eager to help and very kind, but I still felt disappointed with my stay.

Das Hotelzimmer ist auseinandergefallen die Bad Tür ist nach dem 3. Schließen abgebrochen die Klima Anlage konnte man nicht regulieren und nach der 1. Nacht funktionierte sie auch nicht mehr.

No coffee available early am. Luckily I had instant. Hotel staff did accommodate me with hot water. Hotel really should offer basic coffee! Coffee shop doesn’t open til 06:30. Really low class that they do not. Blame owner/management—NOT staff!

The Hotel is old and run down it seems like everything is patched up for the moment or just broken, I had no choice but to stay everything else was sold out or way too expensive! Service workers didn’t know any information about the area or transportation information the security guard was telling them.

An okay budget property
First and foremost, none of the pictures of the rooms for this property on hotels.com is from this actual hotel. They look to come from one of the other OYO properties in the area. That being said, the room was very large and mostly comfortable. Bed was okay, but the pillow looked a bit discolored. Hot water for the shower was intermittent. The remote for the tv was slightly busted as the spring for one of the batteries was messed up, which might not have been a big deal if the remote had the case for the battery compartment attached (I had to hold the batteries in place when trying to operate the remote). As a budget hotel option, this was not a bad choice and the staff was very friendly at every interaction including just passing them in the hotel. That always goes a long way of improving my views of a property.

Cheap Budget Hotel
Small room, small bed, good air con keeping room nice and comfortable, house keeping ok but they never replace toilet paper have to always ask for toilet paper, pool small and not clean, price very cheap, shower really good. Very old and dated hotel with broken floor tiles around walking areas bed linen and food plates left in hallways. Good staff. No free bottled water only on arrival.
