We had a lovely stay in a very large room. Very comfortable and clean. Good location. Parking is 20€ extra per night.

Awesome Hotel. Very Clean
Very nice hotel in a quiet area of the town but still very close to the main shopping stretch. Staff was very friendly and spoke some English which was unexpected. Room was quite large and very clean. It had a separate room with bunk beds for kids and a separate bathroom. The on-site parking needed to be paid for which was unfortunate and the garage itself was extremely small and difficult to maneuver even in my tiny rental car. Definitely would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Disappointing, I stayed elsewhere my second night.
This was a “free” night. The receptionist who greeted me was far from welcoming. The family ahead had their bags carried on a bell trolley, I was merely directed to my room. The room was a huge family room, 2 bunks, a double bed and 2 bathrooms. It was tired, certainly not to 4* standards. I felt it a totally inappropriate room to give to a solo woman booking last minute. It reminded me of society’s expectations upon me. I could just as easily have been escaping a violent partner, I may then serve as another lesson in guilt. Most likely, it was given to me because of the tired condition of the fixtures and fittings and that I wasn’t a paying customer. I collected my tokens like others! And it meant I had no intention of paying for the breakfast, room service or any other discretionary purchases. The next morning I was woken by housekeeping, well before checkout time. The electricity then went out in my room. The receptionist that recoded my keycard so that I could shower was at least charming and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay
Great location. A walk to the main mall. In fact the town is very easy to walk around. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do. Wifi/internet is slow in the room

Great location, and solid value.
Competent hotel close to everything you'd want to see or do in Andorra. Smart family rooms, good staff, decent parking (17 Euro a day). Large rooms, newer building although the furnishings in the rooms could use a little bit of updating. BUT, they actually give you free water and juice in your room. Can you believe that? A hotel that doesn't want you to pay 9 Euro for the bottle of Evian they shrewdly place in your room every day? Full disclosure, this may have biased my ratings to the upside a tiny bit.

Excellent stay, highly recommended hotel!
Nice hotel, huge comfortable room. Excellent wifi, complementary water and juice in the minibar. Friendly staff, great location. Some renovation being done but they are so kind they start at 10am as to not annoy guests. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel
This was a great choice for our one nights stay in Andorra. The lady at reception was excellent and spoke very good English. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rooms that had 2 bathrooms and a separate room with bunk beds for our kids. The location was good to visit the shops and there is ample parking in close vicinity.

Excellent htel at a value for money price.
We and a couple of friends stayed there overnight. Their initial response on opening their bedroom door was exactly the same as ours. Dismayed exclamation of "They are bunks!". There were two bunks with a toilet and shower room off, and wall mounted television. We then opened another door and saw..... a huge room with massive double bed, sofa and normal wardrobes, etc. Good Wifi, BBC news channel on TV. As usual with continental hotels, no coffee facilities in room but free coffee available 24 hours in reception. Restaurant closed for refurbishment when we stayed so cannot comment. Continental breakfast huge. Bread, croissants, pastries, pain au chocolate, sliced bread with toaster, jam, several cheeses, cooked meats, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, tea (several varieties), coffee (several varieties), fruit juices. That's what I can remember! Parking available at extra charge in hotel basement. Overall, an excellent stay.

I wish it looked more like the pictures as some of the other reviews have mentioned. Our room had a very large room with two bathrooms and bunkbeds. I would give it overall 6.5 out of 10.

The hotel was very good all staff were very polite and helpful apart from one receptionist who was very rude and very aggressive in her manner. Her name is Rebeca if you come across this staff member when checking in avoid at all costs.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was large, well equipped, and had one bathroom and one shower room. The children's part of the room had bank beds and a door between it and the main bedroom. There were Tv's in both rooms. The staff spoke good English. The room was clean and in good condition. It was an easy walk to many shops and restaurants.

Great Location for Families
The room was huge (and clean)! Three twin beds and two bunk beds, with two bathrooms. The air condition was mediocre and never really got the room cool. The location was perfect- very near restaurants, ferris wheel, parks, and the spa. Breakfast was okay, but they did have all you can drink free mamosas... you can't beat that.

Best of Locations!
This hotel could not have had a better location. It was just around the corner from the main shopping area- blocks of high end shopping. There were lots of restaurants and cafes also. It was also just a couple of blocks from Europe's tallest Ferris Wheel ( a must-do). About a 10 minute drive away is Encamp, where a gondola takes you to the ski area if you are there in the winter. Caldea, the famous spa, is also walking distance from the hotel. We had a large room with a sofa. The bathroom was even a decent size. The room was also very quiet at night. The restaurant on site serves a very nice breakfast buffet for and additional charge. We had an Italian dinner there one night too. The hotel also has parking for an additional charge. We would stay there again.

Not Luxurious But Great Staff
The rooms - though big - re rather Spartan - what you would expect for a skiing holiday, but a bit of a surprise for a 4 star. But the helpfulness and the friendliness of the staff made up for it. They were really excellent. And the demi-pension is good value.

One of the best hotel experiences we've had. Impeccable cleanliness, modern design, practical yet aesthetically pleasing, helpful and sincerely friendly staff. Our double room had two sections, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom, and kids' quarters with bunk beds and a second bathroom. Wonderful, functional, comfortable. Thank you Ahotels Prisma. Will not hesitate to come back.

It's OK
The title of our review says it all. This hotel was OK but nothing very special. The room was fairly spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were in reasonable condition. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. We felt we paid a fair price for what we got.

Absolutely fantastic!
We went on a road trip to Andorra. This hotel is located about 10 minutes (of walk) from the old part of the city. We were extremely surprised with the hotel: the room was spacious, clean, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (one with bunkbeds perfect for kids, and one master in which you could almost bowl. If you go to Andorra for shopping or skiing, you will have plenty of space. Great price, great location, wonderful staff!!! GO THERE!

Great Hotel at a Perfect Location
This hotel is really located where it should: 1 block away from the main shopping street, 3 blocks away from Caldea, 20 minutes away (walking) from Casa del Vall... The rooms are really large, they have free Wifi, breakfast is included as well, parking is quite cheap, and the service was truly friendly. I stayed for just 1 night but everything was just perfect, at a very affordable price.

One block off main street through town
The hotel is very clean and modern. Do not take a large car into underground parking. Very tight. The police are very stringent on the rules of driving and will walk up to car in middle of street to discuss it with you. We ate at the restaurant that is in the hotel and it was excellent. Service was great. My only complaint was the couch in our room. It was so broken down that we could slide off of it. We had a junior suite and it was huge and a wall of windows on the curved front. Great.

Good location, and very spacious rooms, but not the standard of a 4-star hotel. Only basic furnitures, and a hard uncomfortable bed, with poor cleaning isn't what we expected from a 4-star hotel. But with a good offer it was worth the price.

Great hotel in Andorra
This is an excellent hotel. We had a huge room that included aan extra bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower. We weren't impressed with the city, which is one endless duty-free, but we loved the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre Très grande pour une chambre délice avec un lit très confortable Seule point négatif on entend malgré tout le bruit extérieur, les poubelles le soir. Le personnel est très agréable Le petit déjeuner délicieux, avec des produits loco de qualité, le miel était servis dans son alvéole, délicieux.
