"We stayed at this place for one night only. Very disappointing after paying full price for a room with kitchenette. As we entered the parking lot and the hotel entrance, there were multiple disappointing factors. Shady parking lot, main entrance looks like a side entrance door. Random people gathered near the entrance. Homeless person sleeping at the entrance of parking lot. Room that was provided to us had sticky flooring, dust bunnies, dusty closed room smell and pet hair on sofa. Seems like an old building not maintained up to the standards. Staff was helpful when we asked to provide different room but had similar flooring and room smell experience. Day was sunny enough so we opened the windows to let air in and make it habitable. One of the staff family member helped to dust the floor and provided excess towels, apologizing for the experience.We did our own cleaning of floor and kitchenette platform. During breakfast time there were more guests discussing similar disappointments with cleanliness. Really not the experience you would want after long travel hours."
