Our greeting at check in from a very friendly New Zealand gal made this hotel stand out from the beginning! She was so amazing and courteous and friendly. Welcomed with a huge beautiful smile! We knew we were going to be comfortable here. Excellent location for getting to the airport and the shuttle driver went above and beyond retrieving a forgotten phone!

I received a warm reception upon arrival. The receptionist was very nice. She checked me in and explained all the available amenities within 5 minutes. My check-out was the total opposite. The man at the check-out was rude and barely acknowledged me. It took him 15 minutes to check-out!

At reception the person checking us in was more interested in talking on the phone than checking us in. He provided no information about the hotel or the shuttle. When we did get information about the shuttle it was confusing. We ended up going to the wrong area and missing our shuttle.

Everything was great except communication. The night we check in we was told breakfast was included but in the morning when we went to breakfast they said that it was not included. And it was a little pricy. Other than that the room was great

Staff was great. They were in the middle of dealing with travelers who were stranded due to a winter storm off the coast of the Netherlands. They handled the situation with calm and professionalism. Very impressive.
Quick stop in transit. Stopped at Radisson Blu on the way to Thailand. Nice room big bed, didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment about food.

Hotel is about 2 miles from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. The hotel was very clean and quiet (it was during the holidays though, so likely more quiet). Overall I would stay there again!
Wonderful room - far exceeded my expectations. Excellent breakfast.
I appreciated that they ran the shuttle bus until almost midnight from the airport. Also the bus driver this morning was unavailable so the driver from the previous shift took over so we were not late.
Asked for early check in. Unavailable I was told as others right behind me were able to get it. Room was comfortable but dingy. Hotel needs an upgrade.
Hotel is very nice, quiet, food os very good, and very convenient for transferring to airport

Would have given the over all rating a 4.5 but the heating in the room was very poor.
Didn't like i had 2 pay for the airport transfer and not even a complimentary bottle of water.
Everything about the room was good. Staff very accommodating and friendly.
The bfast was value for money. Nice spread.
I would stay here again.
