Dear Kate,we are sad for this your feedback and your experience. We want underline some aspects that are really important.You have contacted our reception after your check-out to underline that you have lost a sum of money blaming the cleaners without any evidence. It can't blame someone for stealing without any evidence. The cleaning activities in your room have been done all morning during your stay but you have underlined this issue only after your check-out.Our Direction, as explained, has talked with the cleaners that have assured to have not taken anything. These cleaners work with us from many years and in It never happened an issue as this one.We had even underlined that you had a safe in your room to store your documents, goods and documents.We are extremely sad for this your issue but you can not blame and dishonour the workers without any evidence. We belive in your good faith but we want underline that sometimes during the long holiday the memory can do some tricks about the spent amount.Is it possible that you have not spent this amount during your long stay in Amalfi for shopping, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc...? Is it possible that you have lost this amount walking around the town or during your boat tour that you have done the day before your check-out? With reference to your last statement about your beauty products, we want underlined these one have stained all the linen and the mattress on your bed for which a specific washing was required. The Direction have decided not charged any amount for this special cleaning process.Sincerely

Dears, we are very very sad for this your review, because - as said in person and at via email - it's linked to a your issue that not depends by us. We have tried to help you as soon as possible, with your bank contacting even our credit card payment providers. We have operated in a correct way as we do every day. Usually, we verify the guest credit card doing a pre-authorization of the amount of the stay. We have received only 1 payment of your stay: the payment that you have done in person at the check-out! We don't know the reasons by which your bank has even charged you the amount of pre-authorization. We hope that you resolve quickly this your issue that your bank has generated to you.
