Quiet and clean property overlooking the sea. Make sure to connect with the property manager before showing up. There are a lot of stairs to reach the reception and you might not have to go all the way down there. Just WhatsApp the number given to avoid confusion.

Casa Teresa was in a convenient location. It was clean and today. A lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace. No staff around during the day to ask questions but they always answered text messages. I would stay there again, and recommen to others.

The property is very nice and clean. There is a good breakfast served in the morning. Enzo is excellent with helping to get transportation as well as a porter to assist with luggage.

This is a beautiful hotel with very large rooms and a large balcony. We could sit outside to eat breakfast and see the view of Positano. The breakfast is wonderful and there is a kettle to make tea and coffee in your room. About 15 minutes walk from the bus stop, but everywhere in Positano is a walk.

Two weeks in Europe and it was finally nice to have a room with a balcony. It was so beautiful to sit out there and watch the lights and sea. The hosts were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. The room was quite large but the beds were really hard. I’d still go back though.

This property is amazing! Only a few steps down the main road with plenty of restaurants walking distance. Had a lot of fun exploring around Positano. Enzo and his team took amazing care of us from start to finish, even helping us find medical care for an emergency which we were extremely grateful for. Would definitely come back and would recommend a thousand percent!

Incredible value for Positano; highly recommend!
I'm really surprised at the excellent value of this booking. The staff was extremely friendly (it's family-run) with Enzo kindly being on call to answer any and all questions by Whatsapp even when I was around the city. The rooms are really spacious, comfortable and clean and the balcony view and terrace is very nice (my wife and I had a wonderful breakfast there). The pictures on the site really do it justice; no exaggeration or augmentation! Remember, it is Positano so there are stairs wherever you go (I looked at dozens of places), just be sure to use the porters (€10-15 a bag, from port to hotel) and there are buses (Interno Positano, ~€2/ticket, get off at Posa Posa) that take you within 5 minutes of the hotel (though there are a couple small sets of stairs). Google maps directions were great but Enzo is more than happy to guide! The area is also lively and exciting with a dessert shop and four excellent restaurants (including one with great pizza, another with quality sea food and a third gourmet restaurant). All in all, I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I visit Positano!

The property has a beautiful view of Positano. Keep in mind, there are 454 steps to get there from the main dock. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was the best we had throughout our trip in Italy. Reception was nice and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags there after checkout while we went to the beach. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Positano.

Family run bed and breakfast. Beautiful views from the large size balcony. Breakfast is basic Italian breakfast. We had a room for 3 and it was just what we needed. Lots of stairs to get to/from this property so it would not be good for anyone with physical challenges. You have to carry your own bags from the car or pay a Porter if one is available. Nice walk into town and there is also a shuttle for a small cost.

Casa Teresa is a beautiful and well maintained property that goes above and beyond to provide a 5 star hospitality. Enzo (the owner), his wife and daughter did a fabulous job in taking care of all our requests from arranging transportation, porter service and most importantly finding us a room last minute. We had another hotel cancel our reservation without notice (La Caravella) but Enzo treated us like family and arranged a room for us. We loved sitting on the terrace for our daily breakfast with great coffee made by the staff. Thank you Casa Teresa for making our trip memorable!

Amazing feel to open up the terrace doors in the morning with sound of birds and morning breeze. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Easy to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Our room was deep inside a building and had to zigzag through corridors and a few steps of stairs, I imagine it may be hard for people with heavy luggage or multiple luggage. It was also not near main road so we had to carry our luggage down few flights of stairs and back up on our way out.

Room and balcony were very nice and the mini bar was stocked with a good variety of items. Location of the property was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was provided and was not terribly special but was on a balcony with great views.

We are a Scandinavian couple who was here for 3 nights. The room was clean and nice, the family was lovely but the location was the best to be fair. Just next to it there is a bus stop that takes you around Positano and the hotel is located on par with all restaurants so we only had to walk 100000 of stairs going there and going back to the airport. We were sooo happy not having to walk up so many stairs everytime we walked home from a big dinner and wine :) besides that - we normally did just walk (not climb stairs) 15-20 minutes to the restaurants that had great views and took the bus if we wanted to go further. In addition, there bus that takes you to Amalfi (it’s all amalfi but the ‘amalfi coast’ is also just like 45 minutes by bus from here as well. However, personally, we found that Positano was nicer and less crowded and so did other people we met in the area. It was great :) Thank you!

Nice Little Hotel
We had a very nice stay at Case Teresa and would certainly recommend it to others. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Their English is far better than my Italian. Room was nice enough, plenty of options for breakfast and some lovely views from the terrace. Like majority of the hotels around and about, you'll have steps to/from the hotel but it's not that hard to find (and hotel will send you directions if needs be). Walk in to town isn't all that long and it removes you from the central hustle and bustle. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity too. Beach isn't far away, but there's a lot of steps to get down there! Would definitely return to Casa Teresa
