Nothing my room smelled i never fot a coffee pot 4 out of lights in the room didn't work or didn't have bulbs the table in my seckend room the leg fell off the toilet seat was broken worst stay ever i would give it a 👎👎👎

To start with couldn’t find anybody to check us in second main lock on the door would not work third no ice machine. It was broken. It didn’t offer any alternative refrigerator does not work. There are no bedside receptacles for your chargers. The carpet is filthy. Bedsheets were clean. The property looks deserted And the front desk person once he found didn’t offer any solutions for anything

There was food in the room all over the floor, the sheets were stained, there were dead bugs everywhere, the towels looked like they had been used. This was a terrible hotel.

Place look deserted when we pulled up weeds were grown up everywhere no lights on no cars in the parking lot. No one at the front desk we made a decision to not stay at this location.

The room was damped of bug spray. Walked in and walked right out went to another hotel could not have my pregnant wife and my two small kids in there for one minute. Didn’t go ask for a refund just took the lost and ran away from there as fast I could

The hallways were dark and staircases were dark as well and I had uneasy feeling there so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would recommend them to fix the lights and the smell and to make it to feel safe for all their customers!!!

The staff was excellent, just didn't want to take BED BUGS!! along the ride. Check in easy, 11pm check out about 3am not even chance of sleep time. Wound down lights off with movement on bed. Rest of time in car 5am

My stay was during the winter. The hotel halls were very cold. The room was very cold. Heater didn't really work very well. Unable to connect to free wifi. No instructions were in the room to do so. Front desk wasn't all that helpful and making it connect.

The price explains the experience
Front dest argued with me over a smoking reservation when i told them i didnt smoke they where rude about it. Told them i would prefer a non smoking room but if all they had available was smoking i was fine. They huffed and put me in a non smokimg room but acted like it was an inconvenience to them. The hall way smelt of smoke and air freshener to try and mask it. The room wasnt cleanned properly after the last person was there. Found left over food and other items. This place used to be nice but has seriously gone down hill. But for 40 a night you get what you pay for.

This place is an absolute joke! I booked a room for my son while he was working in Altus in over 100 degree heat. He gets there and they can’t find his reservation. I call Expedia they call the hotel and gets put on hold. My son goes in to the lobby to find out why they put them on hold ( I’m live chatting with them) no one to be found anywhere. He is calling out to them and no one ever comes back to the lobby or answers the phone. Expedia calls another number they found for them to no avail. My son waited for over 2 hours trying to get a room. I finally told him to go get another hotel. And now they won’t refund me my money that I paid Expedia. Absolutely ridiculous. He couldn’t even check in!!! And these managers just don’t care. Apparently they need the 70 bucks more then I do!!! I would not stay here if it was the last place in Altus. The parking lot was all overgrown with grass/weeds. Looks like the type of place you go for a drug deal or pay by the hour.

My key card quit working every single time we left the room. The front desk person looked at my children and me like we were something vile he stepped in and I could not get anyone to the front desk to activate my key in the morning so 20 minutes was spent just trying to get my things back.

The place was run down, dirty and beds not made properly. AC/Heat did not work in room. Room stunk like smoke and it was no smoking. The desk clerk was not even there when we first arrived, when he got there he acted like I was bothering him. Also the pet fee was $25 and I had 3 small dogs and it cost us an additional $75. I was so bad we stayed 3 hours and left because we would not sleep there! You should remove them from you list. I am sure to tell everyone not to go there,

The staff was kind and that’s about the only good thing about it. Checked in and found the staircase a hallways freezing cold. Hallway and room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Then found our the pool and hot tub that were advised as open were closed for “cleaning” since November 2021. When we expressed to the desk that we wished to get a refund and check out they said the owner would only move us to a new room. The new room was half the size of the first and still smelled of cigarette smoke. We had no choice but to stay in our original room. The next morning we went down for the advertised on the go breakfast only to learn they have apparently never served breakfast there. When we returned that night both of our room keys had been deactivated and we had to get both turned back on. The morning we were leaving we found a cockroach on the wall. Very disappointed with this facility and will not stay again. Unfortunately we didn’t have to funds to go find a new place to stay without a refund from them so we were stuck sleeping there.

No hot water and reeks of smoke.
The entire place reeks so badly of cigarette smoke that you can taste it as you eat in your room. The hot water was also out during our stay, so we could not shower. They did not offer a discount or reimbursement for the lack of hot water. There was no tip sheet, just the very pilled cotton comforter. We definitely got what we paid for, sadly. Spend an extra $10 and stay somewhere else in Altus. So so so bad.

I don't have high standards. With that said this was unacceptable. The toilet wasn't bolted down; not loose, completely lacking nuts. The shower knob was uncoupled so there was no way to control the water temperature. There were blunt roaches all over the nightstand. When I explained the situation to the employee at the front counter she put me in another room... Which was occupied. When I returned to the front desk another employ wearing pajamas said that there was no one in the registry so I must be lying. I ended up in the original room for another night. This place is somehow more expensive than the other, nicer motels in town. Ridiculous.

It was a crack house. Felt like i was trapped in my room with all the yelling at 3 in the morning. Then, front "maintenance man threats to kick my ass as im leaving at 4 in the morning. Frony desk accuses me of being drunk, and says they dont have a maintenance man, calls cops on me!!!!

The room we stayed in was filthy look as if someone use the restroom and they didn’t clean the room afterwards. I went to the front desk to talk to the owner or employee he wasn’t helpful at all ask if he had another one available he didn’t even attempt to make our stay better. So he gave us towels and bulbs the room wasn’t already equipped with them. We even ask for something to clean the bathroom with he said he didn’t have anything he had some cleaner on his table we ask to use that he said it wasn’t cleaner he just wasn’t trying he was just trying o get rid of us so he can go back to sleep. We was horrified made my night bad.
