"Close to motorway easy to find nice breakfast"

"No frills room at a great price. Staff were really friendly. Fantastic buffet breakfast included in our stay and we also had a lovely dinner. The dining room is nicely decorated and a pianist played in the evening. Could not fault this hotel. Normally stay at the Rendezvous in Skipton, but this hotel is half the price. Will definitely stay again "

"Great value for money. Comfortable room with a balcony and a nice touch of a few breakfast things. We used it as a base for a gig at Piece Hall in Halifax and it was perfect , just a £10 taxi ride in. Would highly recommend "

"As a regular visitor to the Tickled Trout Hotel, Preston I can say that my stay, from the moment I arrived to checkout was nothing short of excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive, the room (I have a favourite) is clean, spacious and comfortable. Bar and restaurant facilities are always a pleasant place to unwind after a busy day or a long journey. I'll be back again soon. "
