Stay was okay, breakfast was okay but water was turned off for the whole hotel without notifying their guest and i was in the shower washing at this time. So, not a good experience for me.

The room was so hot and the A/C doesn't work. We couldn't sleep for the first three nights despite an additional fan. They changed it room for the last two nights.

Selvom jeg havde forudbetalt trak hotellet alligevel for 2 nætter. Jeg skulle selv gøre dem opmærksomme på der. Tomme shampoo bøtte og en badeværelsesdør der ikke kunne lukke. Og ikke verdens mest spændende morgenmad.

Excellent staff. Unfortunately the heating in my room was broken but they were very accommodating and offered lots of options. Nice atmosphere. Unfussy. Breakfast was not very good for vegans but plenty of food options nearby.

The Bier Fabrik restaurant was very convenient, especially on rainy days. They had several enjoyable menu options. We're not beer drinkers so, recommend the cider. Leonardo was a great location for visiting Floriade and exploring Almere. The staff were attentive, helpful with some special requests, informative, & friendly.

The room is dark and Ac is not working. Parking was very confusing, the front desk gave wrong information. Website said it is $10 a day but there is no in and out privilege. Every time you drive out it cost $10 if front desk validate your ticket.
The room had issues. Towel rack in the shower was not properly attached to the wall & removal of a towel caused it to fall...which in turn caused an injury. One power point in the room did not work. Reading light existed on only one side of the bed & room lights could be turned off only from one side of the bed. Servicing replaced towels unnecessarily. Staff friendly & helpful. Meals in associated restaurant were excellent.

Had Chef’s special - beef burger and chips. Beef burger was really very poor and chips were warm not hot.
My bedroom had 2 holes in the flooring boards which laddered my tights. Needed mending.
No sitting area. Just 2 seats in reception..
Wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel in a good location. Parking is payable seperately but very conveniently located under the hotel. 9Euro per day which was fine for us as we were only there 1 nignt.

The hotel is nicely situated in the centre of Almere Centrum, near the lake. The room was a nice size, and very quiet - we hardly heard any of the other guests. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel seems very nice on appearance. However, once I had entered my room, it quickly became evident that cleaning is not one of the services this hotel has a focus on. The floor was dirty: sand and dust everywhere. Even worse was that the cleaning had not taken away the trash from the previous visitors. This became apparent because they did not leave their trash in the bin, but in a paper bag that was left on a chair. Paper bag and trash were still in the room when I got there. The bathroom was having some pest issues, with an apparent invasion of silverfish. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is full of little quips that make you giggle from the moment you walk in. Staff are friendly and helpful and the view ... god the view. Beat hotel I’ve stayed at in The Netherlands so far! Will be back for sure!

It's a beautiful hotel and nice service. After reading few reviews, I decided to go with Apollo even though alot of people complain about there a/c I kind of figure it would had been fix by now. I would have given this place 5 stars if there a/c was worth a dam... it super hot and ac barely blows.... other have complain about this and I can see 6 month to ur later still no fix. Area is beautiful and shopping center is steps away from hotel. Staff was awesome. But won't stay again unless they fix AC situation

We actually do not have air conditioning, which we have adjusted on our website as well. The system is called climate control. This system is depending on the weather and temperature outside. We are well aware that the system was unclear in the past, therefore we have ordered small manuals which we have placed in every room.
