The rooms at this hotel are fantastic! Very large bathroom with tub and shower, and separate water closet. Beds very comfortable and our rooms had a balcony. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel is very convenient to walking in the old part of Fussen. Make sure to make a reservation for parking if you are driving. They have a small parking deck, which gets full fast, but there is public deck within a few blocks.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Spacious clean rooms and the entire town is walkable. Staff were welcoming as well. Only complaint is that they advertise parking but it’s not clear you have to reserve it and the loading zone to drop luggage is less than ideal. We ultimately had to park a couple blocks away which wasn’t bad, but definitely could do better communicating that. Overall, loved the hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

It was not what I expected. Really small room . Breakfast was not great and no service at all . The saunas was closed . The Gym is really small .

Perfect location in the Old Town. A block from the train station and close to the surrounding famous castles. Nice clean room in an old hotel. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately all 4 pillows were bad.

This was a great location for a hotel in Fussen and the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed being near everything and they had a great breakfast every morning. The room was very spacious, comfortable and modern. The balcony overlooked the heart of Fussen. Would recommend for travelers.

We stayed here for one night after spending the day at the castle. The hotel is ideally located near the center with walking streets only with restaurants and shops. The room worked well for a family of 4. There is also a kids area and gym for those that may want to workout on vacation. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options, including a chocolate fountain! Parking is easily accessible under the hotel with a 2-story garage. The staff were wonderful and check-in/out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel with fabulous breakfast and AC!
Excellent hotel at a foot of Neuschwanstein catsl. It only took us 7 minutes to the parking area. We got Royal family suites that had two bedrooms with two king size beds, and a living room with a queen size sofa bed. It was rare for German hotels, but this hotel had an air conditioning equipped and that was a huge plus. Only minus point was that the parking lot was full and we had to unload, and then bring our car to a different parking space. Which was fine, but there was no place to park or even double park in front of the hotel, so unloading while we just parked on their drive way wasn’t easy. Breakfast was fabulous, the best ever hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Even though hotel rooms are equipped with AC, restaurants wasn’t, so we ate in a warm room with not much ventilation, but it was still good. Overall, our stay was fabulous, staff was very helpful too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Neuschwainstein catsl.

Great position, clean and cosy
Lovely hotel just a one minute walk from Fussen old town. The 'comfort' room was a bit small but well equipped and comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff in reception and restaurant. Housekeeping was a but hit and miss. Excellent buffet breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

Hotel is within a short walk from the train station. Close to the center of town. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable however AC is centrally controlled and only went down to 21 degrees Celsius. Great breakfast buffet included in the stay at the restaurant next door.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and ready for us before the regular check in time (that came jn handy after a long distance flight 2 hours of driving from Munich). Definitely recommend the hotel!

Great location
This was a family trip, room with 4 comfortable beds. Nice shower and tub. Location is perfect in the city center, parking garage is available. Breakfast buffet was well prepared with plenty of chouces.

EXCELLENT location and breakfast
EXCELLENT location! Right at the base of the shopping street. Walked to river and castle. Room was beautiful, large, comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding also noted in other reviews. All hotels in Fussen are expensive so go with location and this hotel can’t be beat. Parking was 11 Euro per night and it was very tight parking.

Sheet had a stain and pillow. We had late check in so keys were left and hard to figure out parking etc on your own and our room temp was not working

This is a wonderful hotel close to the train station. Large room with a huge bathroom. Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Breakfast Buffett was HUGE with lots of options etc.
