Very clean hotel. Nice bar and restaurants! Our breakfast was included and it had lots of variety including a chef making to order omelettes, eggs, etc.

Aspect across the course is great. Distance to rooms and impracticable internal access extremely poor and after hours access inconsistent. No details given by reception staff re direction to room or assistance offered!

We returned to Alice Springs after two days of camping and enjoyed sleeping in Hilton beds! I checked out the pool and discovered it was salt water which helped a lot with my sore muscles from hiking, and also enjoyed the hot tub.

Most everything was fine. The sidewalk leading to the facility from the car park was broken and heaving upward. The last night I was there, there was a very large rain storm. There was leaking all over. Buckets on towels lined the hallway leading to the restaurants from the rooms. The ceiling was leaking between the rooms and leaking onto the carpet without anything catching it.

THe Hilton Doubletree was pretty darned good. The staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. The welcome cookie was great addition!
I thought the condition of the hotel was a little rough and it had seen better days but other than that everything worked as promised.
I would've liked a more basic full service restaurant rather than the high end asian restaurant available. The other restaurant did offer tapas in the evening which were good but not what I would cal a meal. The breakfast there was also good albeit a bit expensive.

The bed and pillows were fantastic and the room was cool and pleasant overlooking the pool area - very comfortable. There was no bottled water in the room- I had to purchase an overpriced bottle through room service. I was told at reception that they did not provide complimentary bottles of water due to covid, which I have never heard before. There was nothing in the fridge at all, not even milk. I asked for a trolley at check in but none were visible in the lobby and my request was declined. No offer was made to arrange for my luggage to be brought to my room for me. I was directed incorrectly by reception to my room to the furtherest lift meaning I struggled with a heavy duffel bag for too long walking around the designated floor until the service staff saw my struggles and came to my rescue with a trolley and were very kind. No detail was offered or provided about the amenities or dining options, etc. All in all, some greater care and attention from the reception staff would be welcomed.

Stunning views of the dumpsters and car park.
Online booking managed to completely change our booking, the poor staff worked so hard to accommodate us and fix the booking, not a stress free start to our week. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Safe and quiet location. Room was clean and large enough which was great as one day we were stuck inside due to ex cyclone Ilsa rolling through with torrential rain and wild winds. Unfortunately there is a staff shortage so tables weren’t cleared in the bar area and patrons were stacking glasses and moving plates to be able to enjoy a pre dinner drink. The lovely staff member was working extremely hard working behind the bar and making amazing cocktails. In regards to dining…..Saltbush restaurant our only highlight …… the stand out staff and service was definitely Octa . She is an asset to your staff and went above and beyond for everyone.
One and a half hours for our entree and it was from the raw menu and pasta.
The trio of greens was cold when our mains did arrive and with no explanation the asparagus was missing and we had one piece of broccoli instead. Such a disappointment especially after the most amazing meal at the adjoining restaurant Hanuman the night before. The only time we saw the restaurant manager was when we went to pay and he asked how was our service. Quite disappointing, on the plus side we got to meet the tables around us who were also waiting!

Reception Staff needed to be a bit more friendlier, smile & actually listen to requests. Otherwise everything else was fine. Was there in rain, the building leaked a fair bit in the corridors downstairs, there was lots of buckets & towels out to mop up the water.

Staff and visitors reported it not safe in the city in the evening. Not much to do at property outside of the pool - have to do tours to see the area.
Front desk staff seemed new and unfamiliar with processes. Had issues with credit card charges being incorrect.
Good location for Uluru and MacDonnel range tours.

Good Staffs service, swimming pool is nice and clean, the room is comfortable quiet and secure, the car park with secure fences around to make the cars safe, the breakfast buffet is excellent, the price is reasonable, we enjoyed our stays, we will go back again .
