Stunning Very private Villa
This is a very large villa set in large beautiful gardens it has a gated driveway and a large pool This place is very private with no visible neighbours The accommodation was perfect for my needs and everything is catered for ie kitchen equipment,washing machines,dryers,barbecue etc The management team are superb we had a problem with washing machine and they called within an hour We had 2 visits to clean pool and garden maintenance that they informed us of and arrived at the time stated very polite and spot on The villa is a little way off main road and I would suggest a car rental I didn’t hire a car and had no problem with Uber taxis however if I return I will hire a vehicle All in all a beautiful villa well worth it’s price and I wouldn’t hesitate to return Many thanks to owner and management for a perfect time

Villa Arrochella,
Portrayed in the online photos of wow, however the apartment photos are misleading, and that apartment is a bit of a dungeon with a nasty musty smell. I would describe this Villa as well used and in need of a bit of TLC, not quite up to spec. the hot tub didn't work all stay and was filthy, we had to request for the pool to be heated as it was freezing not only for us but for the baby as well, the eating on lasted for one and a half days although paid for 4 days - we did get a full refund . The villa could be so speacial with a little work.

Beautiful villa but hard to find!
This villa was really beautiful and everyone was so impressed with the rooms and facilities. Although it was almost impossible to find for everyone who visited .. you have to go by the GPS coordinates and make sure you enter them in correctly to get an accurate route! I would strongly suggest some signage for Villa Arrochella. When we finally found the villa there were a few problems .. gate was broken so couldn’t drive in and most of our keys didn’t work. Having said that, the management picked up our call and got someone round to have a look straight away and they were very apologetic. A few hiccups with toilet and shower not working but they got an engineer round to have a look straight away each time. Rooms were really clean and beautiful. Love the games room and pool and bbq area .. so so big and great for a big group stay! Although the hot tub was cold .. apparently it needed 24 hours left on with the cover left on for it to heat up. A manual or welcome pack would have come in handy for something like this. It eventually heated up to be a bit warmer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, had a few problems but they were dealt with straight away really well.

Stunning Villa, beautifully decorated and very well equipped
Absolutely amazing villa. Very spacious and luxurious and private. I wanted somewhere to stay which was private with my family so we could do what we wanted, ie late nights in the pool with music playing and no one nearby to annoy, this villa provided exactly that. Beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, private but still only 5 minute drive from local shops and the amazing restaurants. Water slide park only 10 - 15 minute drive away. I would love to come back with more family members and enjoy an another brilliant holiday.

Poor - not fit for renting out
Very disappointing. Impossible to find in the dark when we arrived. We had to call the emergency number to get someone to escort us to the villa which was down an unmarked dirt road. There was no remote control for the automatic gate for us to get out until we asked for it. Until the we had to crawl through a small hatch in the gate. No property guide in the villa, so didn't know how things worked. Did not know where to dispose of rubbish/garbage bags. Had problems with 2 toilets constantly flushing. One then got blocked. One shower not working. Where you put the detergent/tablet was broken in the dishwasher. No iron. Broken net for tennis table. No cushions for sun loungers which were too hot to sit on - danger of scalding. No shade around the pool, no umbrella. No cushions on the chairs around the outside dining table. Pool was not heated - my email enquiry about pool heating weeks earlier was not picked up. Had to make repeated contact with the company. Workmen had to come to the villa twice causing us inconvenience. Worst villa we have ever rented.

Dear Gurminder, Apologies for any inconveniences caused during your stay however, you failed to mention that most or all of the problems encountered were fixed promptly and that we offered you the pool heating free of charge for the duration of your stay. Still, because i chose not to refund you any more we get a 1 star review (not even 2 or 3, it always has to be 1 star out of revenge). Thank you very much and better luck on your next villa rental.

Excellente expérience
La localisation est excellente +++ (quasiment aucun vis-à-vis) vue splendide (étage) La maison est spacieuse et offre une intimité appréciable entre les différents membres de famille. Proximité du port de vilamoura Piscine, jacuzzi, billard... Ect au rendez-vous mais des bémol par-ci par-là (fourmis +++, service entretien ne prévient pas quand passe, un truc qui marche pas puis un autre...ca réagit mais bon on est loin de la perfection). Néanmoins excellente expérience
