This is our 4th visit to The Residences and it’s still as good as when we first came here when it first opened. 5 star property run by great company Tivoli.

The property was incredibly spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we were uncertain about the distance to the beach from the property. While they offered a free shuttle, if you plan to return earlier, you may need to rely on a cab or Uber. Despite this, we're eager to return and highly recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Many Thanks to Maria Lug for all the help and advise. Special thanks to Housekeeping staff for wonderful job. Giving us super clean apartment every day. Thanks to Gardner - Patricia for sharing the knowledge about beautiful plants in the property with us :-). It was off season so most of the amenities in the property like Bar \ Restaurant \ Hot Tub \ Fitness centre etc. were closed. Expedia \ Hotel should make this clear to the guest while booking. Parking was convenient. Will be coming back !

It was a beautiful property with very spacious suits. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had ant problems on our first floor suit and they moved us to the 4th floor and we had no further issues. The indoor pool was also great to get away from the intense sun at times. Also located in a very beautiful clean area and short drive to the marina.

Fantastic place and our room overlooked part of the golf course which was an added bonus. The Outside pool was amazing and very clean. Little disappointed with the indoor pool as it is far too shallow for adults to swim in. The only other issue was the bar facilities of an evening. The outside bar closed at 7pm which was a shame as the weather would have allowed us to stay out drinking a lot later and the inside bar was also closed so our options were either drink at the sister hotel across the road or taxi some place else.

We love here, we have now stayed a few times and can’t wait to go back in August. It feels like our second home, the staff are very friendly and the apartment is prefect for a family. Well equipped and serviced every day. The kids club is brilliant, my two girls really loved it and the staff were very attentive to the girls. The food and the pool bar is fabulous, fresh and very tasty with a good choice of menu and brilliant staff always ready to help and have a very friendly manner. Can’t wait to return in August x

Great stay
Great stay and hotel. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We liked secure feeling of key access to grounds due to 2 small children. 2 bed apartment of very high standard with excellent facilities. Location quiet and car was useful for transport with kids but easy access for taxi/ uber. Our second stay and would happily return. Really good.

Fabulous luxury apartments
Fabulous spacious apartments, perfectly well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely location, great indoor pool. Golf looked stunning, although we don’t play. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again

Apartment was great - spacious, clean, quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment complex was too quiet - very few people staying there. It would have been nice if there was a store or supermarket nearby. Really, to stay here, you need a car. Very good for our short beak in early February but I think it is not as suitable for families.

Property was excellent. We went out of season (end of October) and nothing was open, that would be the only criticism. Staff were all friendly, and room was excellent overlooking the golf course, will stay again.

Highly recommend The Residences. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures or even better than the pics in my opinion. The pool was very clean, plenty of beds and free towels available. Service was great, staff very helpful. We will definitely go back.

Great resort for families, clean and very welcoming. Excellent apartments, comfy and plentiful sun beds, very friendly staff. Limited bus transfers to the marina but a very cheap and immediate Uber ride. We love the golf course view.

If you want to go to the Marina of Vilamoura we have a free shuttle who runs between the Residences and the Tivoli Marina hotel, but to discover other places and the Algarve, is better to rent a car. Fabulous apartment complex with pools, gym, snack bars etc plus the ability to use the pools & restaurant at the Anantara hotel next door & Tivoli Marina hotel in Vilamoura Marina, for 1/4 of the price of a stay in the Anantara! My brother & family stayed at the Anantara & his kids preferred our pool to theirs! Great bbq evening with live music during the week. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very spacious , brilliant cooking facilities & loved the blackout blinds. Staff very nice & friendly . Ate lunch there once it was very nice. Had breakfast delivered to room one morn, it was only ok, but overpriced. It is quite far out so definitely recommend hiring a car.

Relaxing girls getaway
Had a fantastic stay, facilities were superb, our room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Pool area was kept in immaculate condition. Lovely bonus to be able to use facilities at the sister hotel Anantara. Easy to get to marina at Vilamoura using the free shuttle bus, drivers were friendly and polite. Overall we had a relaxing long weekend and can't wait to come back

Amazing place, outstanding service and super clean
Amazing place to relax, everyone so friendly, very clean and outstanding service as always. It’s our fourth year and we love it. It’s suited for all type, family with children and couple to relax. You also have access to next door hotel pool Anantara and same the service is outstanding.
