Perfect family holiday
Just home from 10 fabulous days in Maggies apartment. Our second time in this complex, first time in the particular apartment. Fabulous location. Apartment exactly as you see in pictures. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. Brilliant for my three sons (Aged 5, 2 and 4 months) Lagos is becoming our favourite spot to holiday and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location to enjoy Lagos
The apartment block is clean, well maintained and easy to locate in the Marina area. The access to a private pool for the block is a real bonus, although additional sunbeds and parasols for the pool area are definitely required. The apartment is fully functional, with 2 bathrooms and a washing machine being extremely useful. Some inter-room noise between apartments which is to be expected in a block of this size. Owner/management company easy to contact and quick to respond when required. Only main gripe is the lack of clean towels and linen during our 10 day stay - that's when the washing machine played its part! All in all a pleasant apartment in a central location.

Lovely stay - Ticked all the boxes
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was peaceful, clean and well equipped on a lovely little complex with a nice pool. It also felt quite spacious and the dishwasher / washing machine were very handy. It is well located on the marina and within easy reach of beaches (15 - 30 min walk depending on your beach choice) and the old town (20 min walk) which was full of restaurants and shops. As first time visitors to Lagos, we'd definitely return. Very convenient to have a supermarket so close and the train station a 10 minute walk away.

Amazing spacious apartment!
Easy to book with very accurate description of apartment and surrounding area. Monica met us at the apartment (on the 2nd floor) and was very friendly, helpful and informative. Apartment was super clean and comfortable with a large balcony and a smaller one to hang up our washing. Will most definitely recommend anyone to stay here we had a lovely, relaxing holiday. Only thing I would recommend is to have a small welcome pack provided such as water,milk, bread, fruit as we arrived late. We had hired a car which is advisable to see some beautiful beaches and surrounding areas of Lagos. Ample free parking close to apartment. Old Town a lovely 20 minute walk. Thank you to Monica for all her help & Maggie & Richard for their lovely apartment.

Loved our stay
Once we were in and got settled, it was great. It felt like home. It is walkable to all amenities and Lagos is a great tourist hub. Lots of restaurants and entertainment. We attended two amazing concerts at the cultural center, and a couple of fado performances at a restaurant. On one rainy afternoon we went to the cinema to see a movie. The buses and trains are minutes away so we explored a few towns along the Algarve and one on the Portugal/Spanish boarder. This apartment suited our needs perfectly.

Nice property, good location
The apartment was generally well equipped, so we were surprised to find it didn’t have an oven or grill! A good combi microwave would help. Some other little things like a wooden spoon/cheese grater/recycle bin would be good. There were not enough Sun loungers around the pool - the owner was very helpful and did say she was going to get 2 for the apartment but they didn’t arrive while we were there. The kids said the twin room needed thicker curtains. The WiFi was generally good. Some bits of the apartment are a little tired - especially the Perspex covering the balcony which is quite broken and stained. The balcony has a good table and chairs with nice aspect of the Marina over the trees.

A great base for a holiday in Lagos
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The balcony has a nice view over the garden/pool area and towards the town. At the back is a busy main road but once the windows and shutters are closed, you can hardly hear it. We have stayed in Lagos a few times and like the marina area a lot. Communication between us and the property owner and the agents was excellent. Pool is a good size and there are lots of sun beds (although sometimes it’s hard to get one as people put their towels out). There is a lovely beach about a 10/15 minute walk away with ample free parking if you’re tired at the end of your holiday and can’t be bothered to walk (like us!). The nearby supermarket is great - fresh bread and pastries and a hot chicken counter for an easy dinner option. Fab base for a holiday!

Excellent stay and location
We had a lovely stay in the apartment, it’s location is great close to the supermarket and marina. We did struggle to find the property at first but the owner was really attentive and helpful, once we found it we realised we were in the right place all along. The facilities are really good and kept clean. The apartment is comfy and equipped with everything you need. The only one thing is that the beds are rather firm which was a little uncomfortable but nothing that would stop us staying again. Thanks for a great stay

Comfortable but needs refreshing
Apt. location ideal, close to marina and amenities, but unfortunately it needed a bit more than just a light cleaning before arriving and during our stay. There were maintenance issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival, one of which being the broken locks on the balcony doors, rendering the apt. insecure. The shower curtain in the ensuit bathroom desperately needed replacing as the existing curtain had black mould. This was replaced at our expense. Apart from a few other issues i.e. loose towel rack in the main bathroom and a couple of blown bulbs, the linen and towel service was clean and efficient.

The apartment is more spacious than we expected and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony which overlooks the pool area, marina and Lagos old town in the distance. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and were relieved to be greeted upon our arrival, despite the late hour. We had a fantastic stay in Lagos and would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious apartment, well equipped with easy access to all local amenities, car not necessary.
Just returned from a seven day stay at the apartment, which is comfortable and well furnished. We didn’t intend to do much cooking as there where plenty of great restaurants all within easy walking distance and a supermarket just minutes from the apartment, only downside with well equipped kitchen was there wasn’t an oven when we did have a “night in”. The complex is very secure and well maintained although the trees outside our balcony obscured the view of the pool and the Marina. Any dealings with the owner Maggie were quick and efficient and made for a very personal friendly service, Sandra who met us at the property left us in no doubt that any problems that arose during our stay would be dealt with as soon as possible. We had a great relaxing stay in Lagos and we look forward to the opportunity to return.

Wonderful apartment

Location, apartment layout , pool area was great. Apartment disappointing and needed refreshing.
Location 15 mins to beach and town bus terminal. Pool and garden area were superb, plenty beds and shade. Marina restaurants and bars were very good. Plenty entertainment. Apartment tired in places and needed work done. We had problem with Washing machine but it was renewed in a day.

Dear Bill, Yes we had some issues with maintenance caused by guests who check out before you arrived.. We were disappointed as it was the first time in 10 years we have had guests cause maintenance issues. We promptly replaced the washing machine and my Dad visited shortly after your trip and rectified the other items and we are having painting completed next month. Nice apartment, the balcony is never really in full sun, you get the sun at the edge of the balcony in the afternoon but it''s very nice sitting in the warm shade.The apartment is very near the supermarket and a 15 minute walk takes you to the town. The pool area is good, and it it provided entertainment watching the early morning sun lounge hoggers putting their towels down to reserve the beds for the day 🙈

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location
Just got back from a great 10 night stay at this apartment. It was the first time my family had booked a non-package holiday. Was a little worried to be honest but needn't have been. The family that own this place are genuine decent to deal with people. Sandra, their on site rep was great. Meeting us as we arrived having had a call once we left the airport. She let us in and showed us around. She also answered any questions we had. The apartment itself was more home from home than anything we have ever had in a package deal. You can tell it is owned by a family who care about the place. The quality of the mattresses, the abundance of coat hangers, big mugs in the kitchen cupboards rather than tiny white cups and saucers. Just little things that made our holiday really nice. Two bathrooms was a great bonus as well having two teenagers. The pool area was great. Plenty of sun loungers, although there was a problem of people reserving them with towels at the crack of dawn.....but then I think this is a problem everywhere! The marina, Lagos town and Mia Pria beach are in easy reach. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. All in all a great appartment in a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location.
We loved Lagos and the location of the apartment. The weather was great when we were there, easter weekend was busy in the town but the rest of the week quieter. The pool was great but evenings were chilly - the fifth put-up bed could have done with a light duvet as the other beds had but otherwise the apartment was very clean and well appointed. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Lagos town and we will definitely return. Andrew and Alison.

A relaxing, enjoyable stay!
For us, a semi-retired couple, this large apartment "ticked all the boxes". The location at the Lagos Marina was excellent. It was a 10-minute interesting walk to the town, the beach, the bus station, and the train station. The supermarket and a local bus stop were just around the corner. Although the back balcony overlooked a busy road, the apartment was soundproof. The large front balcony was sunny, with a lovely view of the pool, the well-kept grounds, and the town. The separate large kitchen had a full-sized fridge and dishwasher, a microwave, and a cooktop. For coffee there was a French press, fine for 2 people but perhaps a problem for more. An electric kettle and 3 different sizes of teapots took care of tea-making. A drying rack and clothespins were supplied. We did not use the washing machine. The furniture in all rooms was comfortable, and quite adequate. There was excellent light for reading. The elevator was appreciated for getting groceries up to the second floor. Free WiFi and a modern TV with some English channels were welcome amenities. The English-speaking owners were very fair and pleasant to deal with. The local Portuguese, English-speaking manager, Sandra, was most obliging and pleasant. For our long-stay of a month there was a weekly cleaning and change of linens arranged by Sandra. There was a large quantity of cutlery and place settings so it wasn't necessary to run the dishwasher's full cycle every day. The nearby Pingo Doce has long hours and delicious rotisserie chickens! The owners even supplied some books in English and we contributed some of our own for the next renters. the heaters in each room worked well for the odd chilly February evening. All in all, our one-month stay in February and March in this apartment was an excellent experience! A Canadian couple

Great location!
We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Lagos. This apartment was perfect for us as it was close to the marina and only a short walk to the old town where there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from, even at this time of year. The beautiful beach was a little further but worth the walk. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable and ideally situated as the sun shone on the balcony from late morning till early evening. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of wardrobe space. We loved it and will definitely return!

Excelente apartamento com tudo o necessário para um boa estadia. Ótimo piscina e estacionamento publico disponível á porta (Setembro). Embora se situe junto à Marina chegasse ao centro de Lagos fazendo uma agradável caminhada de 20m (1400m).

Um bom apartamento
O apartamento está localizado no melhor lote da marina de Lagos, já que é o único que tem piscina própria. Todos os outros têm de utilizar a piscina partilhada da Marina. Fica também muito perto do Pingo Doce, o que permite ir todos os dias a pé comprar pão fresco e sumo de laranja natural, espremido na hora, para o pequeno almoço. Está também muito perto da Meia Praia. Só é pena não ter estacionamento, mas foi sempre fácil estacionar na rua. Recomendo

Grei og ryddig booking. Bra med informasjon underveis og grei nettside og fin app. Leilighet var fin med to bad og to store soverom. Perfekt for 4 personer. Beliggenhet var også fin, nærte et stort kjøpesenter. (pingo duce) Gangavstand til byen og flere strender. Det var mye vind, så det kunne bli litt kjølig på ettermiddag og kveld.

Wir waren sehr angetan von der Unterkunft. Es fing an mit dem Empfang durch die Liegenschaftsbetreuerin Sandra, die sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit war. Als wir einen Defekt an der Balkontür festgestellt hatten, wurde dieser am nächsten Tag sofort beseitigt. Es ist wirklich (fast) alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine Kaffemaschine wäre noch wünschenswert aber sonst alles Top! 5* Gerne wieder!
