I was charged an incidental fee that the hotel refuses to return for no reason at all. There was no problems in the room for one night, not a good place to stay. It's really sad fraudulent charges like this should not be happening or refuse to return

I would have liked if it had a pool. The front entrance looks trashy, but the rooms were nice and clean and I appreciated the bars in the bathroom and the shower was awesome.

Only one light in our room worked. There was a hole in the wall where the door stop should have been. Our window glass pane was broken. Water in the bathroom worked but fixture felt like it was going to break every time we used it. Our room had a pretty strong musty smell. The lobby of the hotel wreaked of smoke. Honestly, this was probably the worst motel/hotel that I have ever stayed at.

The room smelt musty and also damp smelling. Asked for a late checkout Saturday so we could plan accordingly and was told yes then Sunday were told no after my ride had already left so I was stranded.

Our room smelled bad but other than that the stay was fine. Tv in our room was very small also and didn’t work well. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Very affordable option in Alexandria if you don’t need fancy.

Our room and bathroom were very clean and looked nice. Everything worked in the room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only negative that was bothersome was that the back security door would not lock, and it was at the opposite end of the building, far away from the front desk. There was also a broken vending machine right inside by the back door. That area looked a little abandoned. The front entrance is undergoing renovation work but it didn't interfere with our ability to come and go and inside everything was nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. We would stay there again.

The quality of the facility matched a low quality hotel but was priced like a more luxurious venue. The bathroom extremely small, the door stuck, little room to move around in the bedroom. Location of hangers impossible to use. Smelled of stale smoke.

I have to say that probably the hotel itself is not at fault. I looked around in Expedia and I found this super 8 that was advertising what we look for in a hotel: gym, free breakfast, pool. the hotel was under construction/renovation looked very unwelcoming. Gym was not there, nor pool and they offered a simple breakfast with industrial pastries, some waffles and coffee. Please,make sure to reflect the reality of what we encounter in the hotels. The only good thing was the lady at the front desk and the room was renovated and clean.
