hotel stinks, like really stinks, receptionist are on their phone. rooms stink. food is below average. If you have been to good hotels , you will immediately feel the lower quality in just everything. it is just sad.

Exceptional views overlooking the mediterranean sea, unmatched worldwide. Located strategically in the New Alamein, plenty of pools including infinity pool on 4th floor. Excellent amenities. Bluetooth located in the bathroom mirror and motorized curtains that reveal beautiful panoramic views are just a couple unique features. Very polite and kind staff that will go the extra 2 miles to make you feel special. Excellent food varieties with nice views from the various restaurants and swimming pool. Thanks to the Pool restaurant manager Mohamad Ali and to the a la cart chef Mr Diab for the exceptional service. A must see place in a lifetime. Thank you!

Excellent location directly on the Mediterranean coast with a beautiful easily accessible beach with powder like white sand and clear turquoise colored sea water. Lovely outdoor and indoor pools with nice landscaping with easy access to an adjacent mall. Our spacious room was in the 21st floor of tower #1 with a stunning panromic view of the sea, beach and new Alamein towers. Breakfast buffet at the View restaurant was great. We also enjoyed middle eastern dinner at the khedive restaurant. Staff was friendly and responsive. We had a couple of minor issues with the room first assigned to us but staff offered us another room with even better view. The wifi works almost everywhere even at the beach. However, there is room for improvement regarding safety: 1) some construction work was being done on the beach with a truck which lacked proper supervision when it was backing up. 2) it rained one time during our 6 day stay and the ground near the swimming pool was slippery because of improper drainage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back again.

An amazing and brand new hotel built on the Mediterranean Sea, with very Clearwater private beach. Five star hotel by US standards. Amazing staff and service. Great Middle Eastern food restaurants. I definitely will be back.

Very nice property, very Friendly Staff, everyone is trying to help with a smile. Fantastic View, remote area great for relaxation. Excellent Beach accommodations and lovely seimmable Beach. Front Desk Mona was very Professional.

Great getaway.
The Hotel is Luxurious Grand and very Clean. Nice Rooms with great view. The Breakfast Buffet was amazing and had everything you would wish for.
