"Amazing experience how amazing customer servers the bed was awesome! Unfortunately we noticed system which holds the shampoo and conditioner etc was loose also. unfortunately, at 2 o'clock in the morning or 3am , we were trying to contact the front desk to figure out what to do or would have we needed vacate the hotel , or was it a false alarm because we heard the fire alarm blaring, which we didn't have a phone number to contact the front desk. I tried calling the online number which got me to an out of town. Neither on our card or in the room was it posted. The iron may need to be replaced because it burned my wife white pants, which is ok we'll get another pair. Only one elevator is ridiculous. More T.v channels or the option to use Netflix or a service would work. We definitely enjoyed the visit."

"Family move to another room. Toilet in 404 constantly running. However room 306 was perfect. I went to move my stuff from 404 and fix the toilet flapper so ur water bill wouldn’t be high because no maintenance personnel was available to stop water from running all night"

"Arriving late in the evening after an exhausting drive in an uninspiring rental car, I was greeted by a front desk staff whose gracious demeanor set an immediate tone of genuine relief. Despite arriving a scant five minutes before closing, they offered cheerful assurance that the lounge remained accessible for a restorative nightcap. Upon entering the bar, that welcome deepened substantially. I found myself in the company of two amiable patrons and an exceptional bartender who went well beyond the standard obligations of corporate hospitality. Not only did he offer insightful regional recommendations spanning Alexandria and Monroe, but he generously extended the evening hours to ensure a weary traveler felt genuinely accommodated. While midscale properties often succumb to monotonous standardization, this Four Points transcended its brand boundaries entirely. Louisiana has long understood that authentic warmth cannot be scripted, and the staff here delivered an intimate, restorative experience worthy of the finest New Orleans boutique inns. It was a masterclass in regional hospitality when it was needed most."
