"Good stay in a very clean room with easy check in & check out. Breakfast was very good. Only criticisms I would have were that the Car Park is not easy to find, and more should be done to provide directions in this respect, and there was a £15 charge for the Car Park which I cannot recall seeing ..."

"Stayed one night for work. Really close to the NEC. Lovely gated grounds with really friendly staff. Room was a generous size with huge bed. Food was great and breakfast had a great selection of hot and continental food. Will definitely stay again!"

"Great location for the Utilita Arena. Rooms were comfortable, some of the furniture looked a little worn. The staff were very good. Check i and check out was nice and easy. Parking was a little expensive but the oarking garage is secure."
