Room smelled and carpet was stained. Lots of homeless hanging around near the property, didn’t feel safe. Check in person was very nice and helpful with directions.

There were a lot of homeless people hanging out. I didn't feel safe. All night I worried my car was going to get broken into.

Victor, the front desk associate, was very friendly and helpful. It is an old hotel. Needs new carpet in the rooms. Wasn’t in the best neighborhood.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Price of the room is reasonable. Breakfast is a little ok for adults not for my grandchildren. Hotel is clean but the carpet in our room should be shampooed. AC in the extra room was so loud that you need to fix it.

Room wasn't ready , even 3 hours after the scheduled check in time, homeless people were all around the property, no security, we were not comfortable leaving our vehicle in the lot. We left. Lady at the front desk was pleasant , despite the circumstances., as she cancled reservation.

We always stay at this location the last 3 years this last time we stayed the homeless in the area had trash everywhere I understand this is not the hotel staffs fault. I was shocked with the room we stayed in the carpets were full of stains. For two guests they gave us one large towel , a floor towel , two hair towels and one wash cloth. The second night we returned from our event the room had been cleaned in which we were grateful for but we had no towels we called three times that night and the staff member at the desk told us she would bring us some we stayed up until 1 am with no towels. We called again in the morning at 8 am and the staff at the desk advise that the towels were in the dryer and to give them 20 minutes. We never received our towels so we just left with no shower. We have no other complains staff was kind and respectful. It just makes no sense how you don’t have towels for your rooms.

No ice. TV turns on, but the HDMI cable was broke, so no TV. A lot of homeless population upon approach of the property, but no one hanging around on the property. The motels in this neighborhood seem to rent out rooms as apartments, but they were on the upper floors. Our room seemed quiet, but would have preferred to have a TV. Thank goodness for wifi and Hulu.

Key would not work. After 2nd rekeying front desk staff said this would be last time to rekey and that it calls his boss and wakes him up each time he rekeys. Room had no towels. Keys don’t work to outer doors so you have to walk around to the front to access the building.

Well we were travelling across country and needed sleep. We got woke up several times and when I couldn't handle it anymore I told the front desk clerk. She did get the people above us to quiet down but I couldnt go back to sleep. There was a homeless person sleeping on one of the walkways outside the building. The staff did nothing. The room was clean though and the beds comfortable. I did ask for a reduced rate at checkout and the clerk said shed forward it to the manager. I never heard from them again even though I called twice. The manager was never there.

I was initially denied a room and asked to cancel the Expedia booking although I had paid for it using Expedia with my and my wifes credit card and had proper identification. Front desk was requiring me to cancel Expedia booking and pay full price. Front desk attendant repeatedly said she should have canceled my booking right away. A call to expedia appeared to be blocked. Wife had to call expedia to resolve problem. This took two hours while I waited becoming hypoglycemic without my medication. While a migrain headache was incapacitating me being held without a room, a homeless transient was allowed to be slumped over a dining table in the lobby/breakfast room. This person earlier was trying to bum a smoke from me at the gas station. This motel should be dropped from expedia. Because of this ordeal, I had less than two hours of sleep while driving 1250 miles. It completely ruined my travels. My safety and the safety of others was compromised because of a booking with expedia for a discount. I am asking for compensation. This must not happen to anyone else.
