The woman at the desk, who worked the evening Friday, October 13th, 2023 was an excellent worker. Much respect and gratitude to her for staying on the job and getting guests checked in all on her own while rooms were completely over booked, rooms hadn’t been checked, and putting up with a company and/or management that appears to completely disrespect employees and customers.
Because she was working a third shift in a row on her own, there was no one helping check in guests. Even though she was doing everything she possibly could, We waited an about an hour to get checked in.
The bed sheets had dried fluid on both beds, a hair in one bed, definitely sheets were not changed.
The only working light in the room was the bathroom, the others all flickered badly or just didn’t come on.
In my opinion, the condition of the room was at least 20-30 years old without maintenance. So everything was disappointing.
Another guest refused to stay because upon getting her nonsmoking room, “everything stank of cigarettes and there were burns on all the furniture and bedding “.
This location has apparent disrespect to their employee’s work conditions, housekeeping training, and total disrespect to their customers.
