Hi Ros, apologies for missing the lift instructions when you checked in. This is something we endeavour to tell all of our guests. There is a small fridge under the desk in every room, it can be a little camouflaged. We have the convenience of 24-hour reception and amenities available such as shower caps etc at front desk and someone to answer any queries. We appreciate your feedback regarding the dust and wall in the room, as this gives us the opportunity to rectify this and ensure yours and other guests future stays are enjoyable.
