BEACH & POOL BAR AREA
I enjoyed my first stay so much I extended and after a short break came back again. I have already submitted reviews about the hotel/restaurant/reception/foods/rooms etc. Last but by no means least is the whole pool beach area. Not all perfect at least for me, and to add an honest review I will say why. Most importantly the whole personal/ pool bar & waiter service team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble at all. So please be sure to tip well individually and why not throw in your small notes and coins to the various tip boxes you will see around the complex. Don't forget the one in reception of the Irish pub too! Not everything can be perfect, all of the time, and for me in the winter months I found the beach music too loud and full on. That said, it might be fine for most. But, from dawn to dusk of heavier music I needed to escape to BOHEME side where the music choices were more elegant let's say :) To step from varbto beach in a few steps is always great though. Now for a bit of a downer but very relevant feedback. I don't want to mention names, but there is a sort of supervisor from my own country UK allegedly, who gave a member of beach staff a bit of a dressing down right on the beach in front of us guests. I thought this was shameful, and unnecessary. A great manager always takes someone aside quietly if there is an issue. I was mortified and don't like to hear someone saying "I am the manager". We are on holiday, we don't need to know this!

BOHEME BEACH SIDE OF COOKS CLUB
After a stay elsewhere I decided to come back to Cooks Club. This time I had a beautiful room sea side with an ocean view to the side of my balcony in the "Boheme" side. A different experience from my first stay, and also very lovely. It's a little Gem of a place, tastefully decorated and right on the beach with access to the main Cooks Club delightful pool and beach areas too. It was so nice to have this extended option. I was told the secret to getting the "Boheme" side, was to pay a little bit more and chose "ocean or sea view" to be nearer the sea. Classed as a return guest, I can see why so many guests return over and over, as it gets better with even more options to discover

Reception team were fabulous!
This was my first visit to Cooks Club. The reception team were amazing from the start, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble! They resolved a tiny hiccup effortlessly. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. I always slept very well. Lots of soft pillows and a nice sized balcony. I had absolutely everything I needed.

Condom on balcony, not clean room.
Room not clean. Condom on balcony. Reception just said must have come with wind! I was on 5 floor/ top floor. And room was not clean had other stuff in it. Staff did not even say sorry! Really bad! Don’t have photo of condom was to shuck up. But have photos of other not clean stuff in room after reception pretends room was cleaned after condom find.

Spacious rooms, a bit of repairment needed
We booked a room but were given an apartment with a kitchen and sitting area. It was spacious and well equipped. However, the air conditioner in the main room didn't work, the soap dispenser was broken. Also, the hotel description shows "free parking". But there's no parking at the hotel at all. It's possible to find a place to park for free on nearby streets but we arrived in the evening and had to leave the car a couple of streets away from the hotel.

Hotel staff made our stay very welcoming.
Hotel and staff were great. Only criticism was the Internet should be free to ALL guests and be improved as the service was terrible. The T.V. reception was terrible and after complaining it still wasn't any better. Also free pool towels for ALL customers should be provided.

Jeg var på samme hotell i fjor, da var jeg fornøyd. Når jeg kom tilbake i år hadde hotellet blitt utvidet. Nå er det for mange gjester på samme plass. Kundeservice vet dem ikke hva er, utenom ei i resepsjonen og en som gikk ved bassenget. Det var så dårlig service både i baren ved bassenget og i restauranten at jeg ikke ville bestille noe, eller bruke min all inclusive. Kjøpte heller noe med på rommet og gikk ut på kvelden for å spise. Jeg kommer ikke tilbake.

The cooks club, is actually not really what it promises in the pictures and the advertisements. The only thing which is really excellent, is the staff. They really try their best to offer the guest the best time possible. For all the rest, cooks club alanya, is like trying to make a cheap beach club more fancy and everyone is trying to sell you additional stuff, you don‘t need. After arrival I got my first hotel room in the main building. A so called „suite“, with windows and a balcony towards a super loud airconditioning propeller and a super loud party street, with the worst music imaginable. The „suite“ was super dark and the tiles in the bathroom were painted over in black. (Just as Ou can read it in so many reviews…) So, the so called „suite“ is a dark 2 room area, with no real daylight. When I opened the drawers of the cubboard, there was underwear from previous female guests in it. What a nice surprise! Also my promised beach towel was missing. After a sleepless und really unhappy first night I checked with the reception, if I could change the room. Luckily, for an upgrade fee, I was able to change to another building, to a room with seaview. Finally daylight, a nice view and a friendly bright room. Worst part about this hotel and therefore not worth the money: It is LOUD all the time, everywhere. I had a cockroach in my room, and I saw some of them in the hallway! Every mirror is dirty. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Superverblijf, kleinschalig & trendy aan strand
Leuk strandhotel met zwembad en direct toe gang tot het strand, vrij hip en trendy, DJ en live bandjes goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in oktober. Strandbedjes inbegrepen, goede locatie loopafstand naar liftjes voor bezoek aan kasteelmuur bovenop de berg. Ligging aan mooie baai met turquoise water. Restaurant en mogelijkheid om bij het strand te eten. Ingang moeilijk te vinden bij Ierse pub aan overkant van de straat, bereikbaar met voetgangerstunnel. Buurt is druk, paar rondjes rijden om parkeerplaats te vinden

Cooks Club består av 2 seperata hotel! När vi hade checket kb trodde vi att vi skulle vara nära stranden men snabb insåg vi att vi var på väg från stranden, poolen osv. Vi gick genom en tunnel under bil gatab för att ta oss till vårt rum! Middagen var inte bra även om det ingick i våran reservation. Poolen och stranden var härliga.

Séjour de 7nuits dans cet hôtel avec mon époux. L’hôtel a une très belle piscine et donne sur la plage avec des transats privés, il propose quelques activités mais pas trop ce qui était parfait pour nous. Nous logions en demi pension sous forme de buffet, nous étions donc servis mais les quantités étaient limitées et nous avions l’impression de quémander de la nourriture, très déçue sur ce point, il faut insister pour avoir une quantité convenable. Pour le nettoyage des chambres c’était le minimum, nettoyage du sol et Sdb et pliage des couettes. Autrement bel hôtel bonne localisation, le serveur a la piscine est super sympa !

Bassengområdet har blitt veldig flott. Veldig bra frokost med godt utvalg, spesielt mye godt brød. Sengene er som alltid gode å ligge i. Oppussingen av rommene er greie, men litt hastverk med bad og kjøkken virker det som, veldig mørkt bad, kunne med hell vært gjort bedre. Men det er som alltid fint å komme tilbake dit.
