"The property is currently being renovated, room by room. The construction crew is not loud, I can see the place will score higher once the work is done. The place really needs renovation but it is hanging on, the staff is doing a good job."

"I usually stay here when we visit family in Adel. It’s conveniently located, and has a good breakfast. The facilities are starting to get a bit run down though. We stayed a few years ago when it was re done, and it’s in need of a re do again. Otherwise, friendly staff and good stay."
