Thanks for your comment. We work hard to improve based on customer feedback. Unfortunately Ghana is faced with lots of power challenges now hence the instability of power and internet.

As to the power outages , its a problem we are facing as a country now. We apologize for any inconvenience that might have cause. The Stanley generator hopefully served the purpose.

Thanks for your comment.We always appreciate feed back. Since its a small place we try to attend to each individuals needs and try to resolve issues .If I will recollect you said your family wanted to stay with a relative at a location further away from the airport. Our rooms have burglar proof windows, our doors are electronic key carded and as such you can only open from inside without the proper key . Each door is wooden with an inner metal lining and all the doors have two extra locks behind it. Our hotel is located off the main street to avoid all the noisy of passing traffic. it is located in the middle of a residential area where we get a constant patrol of police vehicles at night. Because it a small size hotel we lock our gates by 11pm and only let known guest in. once again we are sorry if this wasn't a good fit for you. We can assure you that ever since our commencement we have not had a single burglary issue.

Unfortunately our internet service provider was having some challenges during the raining season and hence the temporal interruption in the internet service. It has however been resolve though . We hope you will have a better experience next time round.
