Best Place in Tema for the price
Staff are friendly. Owner comes to the property to make sure things are running smoothly. Price is affordable for such service and location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Crismon hotel. The staff have superb customer service and treated us like royally. Nocknita restaurant kept us full with awesome food throughout the day. We even received complimentary upgrades for our rooms and the rooms were amazing!! We will definitely make it our business to stay here everytime we come back to Ghana.

The staff was outstanding. I travel a lot and have never felt so welcome. They were on top of everything I needed for the 8 days of my stay, from Housekeeping to Front Desk to Restaurant. The staff was incredible in meeting my needs. The hotel itself was very clean. I would definitely return.

Severely disappointed customer
I stayed for 5 nights, paid for the bed & breakfast and refuse to give this business any other money because their wifi access is non existant. They advertise fast internet, it is so fast you cannot catch it. As a business user I find this situation to be pathetic. To the owners I would say sort your business out. When I am there I am a captive audience willing to spend additional money which includes tips to your staff. If I am not spending you are not receiving. I am only willing to spend provided the service is acceptable. Mon to Fri breakfast the food is left out to get cold, the food is tasteless and unappealing. Saturday the food is kept warm but not enticing. You are charging a price requiring a degree of service. You are not delivering. You are close to the port, there is nothing around you there is nowhere to go you are lucky that other hotels within the vicinity are just as bad. You are concentrating on the bling and shiny but missing the basics.

Stay was very good. Above expectations. I will suggest that guests be advised before any extra charges are incurred. I was charged for checking out a little later than the normal 12pm. I wished I was warned that I would pay if I checked out later. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great customer service.

Nice hotel and great pool. Unfortunately, the staff tries to nickel and dime you trying to get extra money. My wife was talking with a friend who has also used this property, they had a similar experience. Better to focus on customer service, family friendliness and value so you get repeat customers then trying to find ways to get extra charges from patrons and lose future business.
