"Grounds were gorgeous. Staff could have done a better job providing information about hotel restaurant hours, mini store hours, places mearby, etc. And the music, there was music nonstop ALL day!!! Sometimes even until after 10:30 pm. You go to a hotel in the outside of town for quiet and tranquility, ..."

HORRIBLE!!!!
"Room was filthy!! Toilet was broken and bathroom was nasty. It rained at night and the water leaked from the ceiling and the skylights. Breakfast was a joke. Nasty, nasty, nasty hotel !!!!!"

"La atención de Laura muy buena sin embargo la habitación que nos asignaron más bien parecía un calabozo que una habitación de un hotel. La parte mala es que estando vacío el lugar nos dieron una habitación TERRIBLE!"
