The place was closed. I never received a notice so I could make another accomodations. We were stranded without a place to stay until a local took pity on us and begged a local hotel to let us park in his garage until morning since all the places near by were already booked and we had no other option available to us. Very disappointed.

The hotel does not exist anymore you charged me for a place that wasn't there. The Hotel does not exist. You need to rechecked your properties. I will launch a proper complaint with your company

We truly know how important the reviews are.. we have put this hotel on our top list of places to stay. Staff was great cook house keeping and Monica front desk and Ricardo night staff did an excellent job… the owner was such a great help in getting us familiar with their quaint town ….the hotel met and even surpassed all expectations. We had great time. No question went unanswered (yes they went the extra mile )

Well, if you don't want to pay the minimum of 50$ for a crappy room with no AC...or ... hmmm.. nothing? On the Pacific coast... this place is equivalent.

Buen día,Favor revisar su gestión. Estos casos no suceden con la plataforma, sin embargo le recomiendo que se ponga en contacto con la plataforma, el motivo es que indepedendientemente del hotel que sea, la reserva usted la gestiona por medio de la plataforma y en esta plataforma hay muchos hoteles. De hecho usted no reservo y no se hospedó con nosotros.
