Horrible experience and ruined my trip.
The property management only sent me a check in institutions with very limited details 20 minutes after check in time. Was not able to get into the flat with information provided. Was stranded on the streets in the dark with my luggage on the phone with customer service at VRBO with no help and had to find a new place to stay on my own without yet to receive help or a refund on this flat that I was not able to get into. Various tries to contact the property management with no answer and response. Still waiting to hear from VRBO and Home Away about my refund since was not able to access the rental. Spent 4 days on the phone with customer service and still do not have a resolve to the situation. It ruined my trip and I am looking into a lawyer. Do not rent this place and be warned that VRBO protects the property managers more than the renters.

Nice flat near the city centre. Corner shop nearby for milk and little bits and pieces. The only issue I had was a lack of hairdryer so make sure you bring your own.

Overall I would rate my stay here as an average due to the fact that I did not have wifi for the the four of the six days I stayed which was dreadful and the mattress in the second room was more of a box spring. In terms of proximity to all the tourist attractions I would give it a big thumps up as well as for cleanliness. I do recommend in future that wifi access is always ensured prior to guest check in.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. However, we would like to point out the actions we took and the options we gave you during your stay. - We sent our Maintenance man to check the issue very quickly after you communicated the issue. - He helped you by providing his mobile phone as a hotspot which allowed you to connect to the internet. - He also found out that the WIFI issue was not an issue of the router in our apartment but a network issue of the Network Provider. - We contacted the Network Provider who confirmed that the network issue was covering a larger area of the city and it would take between 24 and 72 hours to resolve it. - We communicated this information to yourself and offered you a full refund in a case that you needed to be relocated to a new accommodation. Unfortunately you did not reply. - We then offered you 10% discount for the days you did not have the WIFI coverage. So there was really nothing else we could have done to resolve the issue. With regards to the mattress we are sorry to hear that it was not comfortable. However we would like to point out that the apartment has two bedrooms and the bed in the other bedroom was also available for your use. Kind regards, Andrea
