Executive Top Floor 1 Bedroom Apartment

This special place is close to everything.The apartment has been fully renovated with a brand new kitchen and bathroom.There are lots of boutique cafes and shops within seconds of the flat. Enjoy amazing views of the city from the living room and kitchen including overlooking the Central Library and His Majesty's Theatre. Amazing views is one of the perks of the property however with this comes a number of stairs, therefore please note this listing is not suitable for these with mobility issues.

The apartment received a full renovation Which was completed Late September 2022. The bathroom and kitchen and very modern and boast a high end spec and the living room has been decorated and furnished to a high standard including chesterfield sofa and wall mounted smart TV The views are the main attraction of the property from the front via living room
And kitchen and via the window seat in the bedroom.
