Food was delicious, I enjoyed all those fresh vegetables and fruit. This is an adult only hotel, which I loved because it was quiet and relaxing, there were a lot of older people, and they still had a lot of fun it looked like. Staff was great. One thing I found kind of strange is that the AC worked only during certain hours, maybe it was because it was late May and they tried to conserve energy, but it was hot to sleep under those warm blankets with no AC, I never asked them if that was all year round though.
This is nowhere near 5 stars or the description: - the rooms are hospital-sterile, white walls, stone floors, cheapo laminate furniture - and it looks it. The beds are very narrow, and you get one chair. One! chair only, even in a double room, dont even think about armchairs. No pictures on the wall. - U get one sheet to sleep on, NO SHEET to cover up with, so you cover up with a thin (aircon makes u shiver) synthetıc blanket (which isnt changed, i had yellow stains on mine - yucko!). I mean, save money by not providing linen??! - You can only get your worn beach towel during a specified 90-min slot in morning and evening, at a pretty inconvenient time. At all other times - no towel man. Why? And only if they have any available - some of the time they didnt have enough towels for all guests, i had to come back three times to get mine. - They do have a sauna. But, what they dont say, is they only turn it on one hour in the early morning, and one hour at 5-6pm, when youre likely still at the beach. Huh?

Family of 7 with small baby. Staff very helpful amenities excellent. Areas very clean Room cleaned daily. Pool and slides great for the kids. Not enough beds for amount of people. Towels put on beds at 5am in the morning. For our family with small baby very difficult to get shade. Animation team friendly some of the shows were ok in the evening . The kids club had mostly polish and german children not catered for English speaking children. My grand children did not attend which was a shame.
The food was edible but unexciting. again catered for continental tastes. Pitzas were really good at the beach bar staff very friendly Beach fantastic and close to the hotel
Hotel was oriented towards the German tourist.We loved the location walking on the promenade and to the shops.Hotel was in scenic setting between beach and moutons.Food was served alacarte as not many guests at hotel,presented beautifully but quality was lacking.Tea,coffee,drinks always available cakes at set times which was enjoyable.Good value for the price paid.Trips to Side on local bus is a great outing for the day.

I found the hotel extremly comfortable, clean & organised. Everything was great and I would defintely go back there again! One thing that we were slightly dissappointed about was that we did not know that 85% of guests were elderly. This made the nightlife at the hotel quite dull (if you are a young person yourself). So it would be great if we would have known this in advance.
