"A true boutique hotel in the heart of Warsaw!"
I stay in Warsaw several times a year, usually in a big, business style hotel, and booked this due to a last minute schedule change. It was cheaper than my normal place, and turned out to be one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited! Great customer service and what character! It reminded me of hotels I have visited in Paris and Rome, original art on the walls, antique and vintage furnishings, high ceilings and parquet floors, what a visual treat. I stayed in the spacious King suite, which lived up to it's name, with a large bedroom, a partial kitchenette and a modern bathroom. Everything is top notch, modern fixtures, modern TV, good, free WIFI, comfy bed, but old world charm everywhere! In the center of Warsaw, but on a quiet street, so easy sleeping. The included breakfast was a tasty, standard cold buffet of meat, cheeses, breads, cereals and juices, plus a modern cappuccino machine. The only issue I could find was the 12 steps to get up to the elevator with bags coming and going. I had help on arrival from the hotel, so it was not too tough. Lastly, I am a musician, so a welcome surprise was the nightly Chopin concerts in the salon on the second floor. The night I visited it was a violin and piano concert, with works by Mozart, Chopin and others. The violinist was most impressive, quite a high caliber for a hotel salon concert! All in all I cannot say enough about how charming this hotel is, and at a reasonable price, this is a real gem!
