Staff - some of them with whom we had placed some request for my 25th wedding anniversary were either forgetful or too late in response.
Food - Complimentory Hi-Tea on the terrace - Not at all to the Marriot Standard - Needs much improvement in food , service and Staff presence.

"One of the worst hotels.
The the rooms were ok.
When I booked the hotel they were like my booking is not shown in their side so we had to pay deposit for the room which was their offline price
Then the ac in the room my goodddddd
It was sounding so bad and randomly switching on and off every 10 minutes
Utter nonsense hotel kindly avoid "
