"We though the place was very good value, particularly because it was quite close to everything that we wanted to do. We assumed the pool is private from photos but is actually shared with the 3 other villas."

"It was a good value; initially it was difficult to find on map and with Taxi, and hard getting front desk on phone, but once we did, it was a great experience."

"When I first saw the photos, I didn't have high expectations because the villa had an old Balinese style, so I thought it might be cheap. However, once I entered the villa, I was surprised to find that the pool was clean, the surroundings were quiet despite being in the heart of the city, and the renovation and maintenance were well done. The towels and amenities were of the same quality as those in a 5-star hotel, including tea packs, which was wonderful, and I would like to stay there again....

"I was a little disappointed as there were no directions on how to use the digital tv box and very disappointed as there was no mini bar fridge. Also with no signage outside you would never know there is a hotel behind the laundry very very stupid as how they expect to have all rooms occupied without location signs for advertising "

"The stairs to the second floor are very steep. Not suitable for older people. Otherwise we had a good stay there."

"This hotel is close to great coffee shops, restaurants and the Seminyak strip. Nice pool."

"Very dirty shower and toilet! No house keeping service over 4 days of our stay. No hot shower location wasn’t the best either "

"This property needs serious upgrading. It is old and smelly and even with the best efforts of the cleaner it does not present attractive. Apparently, changes are on the way, but until it happens I would book somewhere else."

"The guest house was incredibly dirty and unkempt. The staff were not friendly at all, and they put us in a small room that we hadn't booked initially. After showing them the booking confirmation, they changed our room but didn't offer any apology or explanation for their mistake.Not recommend."
