"First off, they charged my card on file BEFORE I arrived! That should not have been done! Part of using hotels.com was because it stated we would not be charged UNTIL arrival! Room was awful! Broken door lock, broken bath hook, damaged bathroom door, shower ceiling missing chunks ! They allowed a dog to be in the pool! Sheet had poorly cleaned blood stains BUT was still used! Beds were not re-made nor towels freshen on our third day. Photos are deceiving ! I will never believe reviews again! I will never use Red Roof Inn again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡"

"Our stay here was a dream. I surprised my family with a long weekend at a cabin, and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin was stocked with everything we might need and more, including paper towels, trash bags, tin foil, and all the supplies necessary to make a fire. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and I'm picky. They say the water heater is small, but my family of 3 never ran out of hot water for our showers. I really loved the coffee they provided. The nature trail was the perfect distance for a kid, not too strenuous. I also loved that there was no TV, mirrors, and other distractions. We actually listened to the radio a lot, and read the books in the cabin - great selection. I would love to come back in winter."
