"Great staff and beautiful room with a huge balcony. The hotel is perfectly situated within the city center, so everything is accessible. We were able to do a very late check in with no issue, and the staff remained very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who will be visiting Florence."

"Air conditioning did not work and could not change room till the next day. They did supply us with a fan and an esquimo, which throws out cold air. Shower was so small that husband had to remove door. Everything else was good."
