    The experience will begin with a journey through the history and curiosities of this recipe. You will discover where zuppa inglese originated, the legends related to the region's Renaissance courts, and when it is usually eaten according to local tradition.

    You will then move on to the practical phase of the activity: you will learn how to prepare and balance the two essential creams, the classic vanilla cream and the rich cocoa cream. Then you'll make the traditional liqueur syrup to soak the savoiardi to perfection. And finally, you will proceed to the composition.

    At the end of the workshop, your homemade zuppa inglese will be carefully packaged and left as a delicious souvenir to take away, ready to be enjoyed whenever you wish during your stay!
