What you can expect

Embark on a whale watching tour aboard an iconic Zodiac boat that is capable of covering 100 miles (161 km) in 3 hours. Wearing a Mustang Survival cruiser suit you are kept warm and safe as the boat speeds across the water in pursuit of adventure, stunning scenery, and, of course, whale sightings.

Meet your captain at the wharf where Zodiac boats depart every 30 minutes. Once you’re suited up in your state-of-the-art floatation outfit, hop aboard the open-air, purpose-built boat and pull away from shore. The fun begins as your captain revs the reliable twin, 200-horsepower engines and you zoom off at a thrilling speed.

Stop at key points en route to witness breathtaking scenery of Haro and Juan de Fuca Strait, which are dotted with islands lush with evergreen trees. Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of orca and humpback whales, harbour seals, and a colourful assortment of birds. After 3 hours of exciting exploration, return to the dock with memories that last a lifetime.
