Travel to the city of flowers, Xalapa, and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the road. Visit two museums in Coatepec where you will admire 19th century furniture and learn something about mexican culture. Enjoy lunch before returning to Veracruz.

Departure heading towards the city of the flowers, the state capital Xalapa. You’ll see sugar cane, mango, tamarindo and papaya plantations. All along the roadside you’ll see people selling fruit that is harvested in the area.

Departure from Veracruz, you will visit the impressive Hacienda del Lencero, the incredible Anthropology Museum, the handicrafts house and the centre of the city of Xalapa with its beautiful colonial buildings. You will visit the magical town of Xico with its beautiful waterfall, and Coatepec, colonial city “World Coffee Capital” and “Magical Town”

We will continue on to the country’s second largest museum (second only to the Mexico city Museum). You will really be able to appreciate the splendour of the Veracruz roots in this setting: Huasteca, Totonaca, Olmeca.
